My fiance came here last year and had a great experience. Decided to have both of us go since they took my insurance. As before, great experience from the moment we walked in. Family friendly and professional. Abraham was a great help picking out glasses and overall great to work with throughout the experience. Prices are very competitive with and without insurance. They definitely have our business for many years to come.

New to the vision health but Melissa and Dr.O'Donnell walked me through all the test and answered all my questions. Octiva and Brittany were so kind to show me all the frames and talk me through the selection process. Great people all around. Thanks again!

The Rivercrest location was Awesome. I went in as a walk-in. I was given a same day appointment. The reception was very friendly. The process was fast with current technology. Dr. O'Donnell was pleasant and very thorough. All the staff was helpful throughout this process. My visit was very pleasant with very knowledgeable specialists. So many frames to choose from and can't wait to have my new glasses.

Whoever "Brittany"is has some of the worst customer service I've ever heard. Terrible attitude.

I really enjoyed my experience at the America's Best in the Crestwood location! The Doctor was AMAZING he helped me adjust my prescription with a Great Deal Of Patience! Abe helped me with cleaning & Adjusting my frames! Ms. Chris and the staff was friendly and nice!

All of the workers were very nice and professional. I was a walk-in customer, no appointment or anything. I was greeted by Octavia who directed me to Brittany who helped me with all the specifics were hammered out and discussed the eyewear options like the lense types and coatings. I had to do some initial eye exams for my new glasses which were explained before conducting, thank you Melissa. Dr. O'Donnell was also straightforward and finished my prescription details and was willing to answer my questions on what kind of contacts that are available to me. Then I checked out with Abe who wrapped up my orders and confirmed the kind lenses I wanted before paying. The whole experience didn't take long, would definitely come back for repairs.

I've gotten four pair of glasses from Am.Best and I've been please every time. The fourth pair was discounted at my surprise. No scratch lenses. Gun metal frames of Chicago. Perfect . The pink color looks like a light violet. Really pretty. I can't describe the color as I've never seen it on this plant before.

Had to take a moment to give this team credit, they took us same day, every single lady in the front plus the doctor were amazing and kind. We really appreciated it. Customer service isn't found often these days and they really have it here! Thank you all for being kind humans!
