Walmart Vision & Glasses

There is only 1 polite staff member that works here . Every time I have called theu are rude. The service is terrible. And I have been waiting now 1 month for contacts for both eyes after replenishing through the text . Guess 1 eye order was only sent in amd ive been a month waiting for the left....I have never waited so long for contacts .

I had a really good experience at the Vision Center in Walmart. Everyone there was super nice and helpful. The staff made the whole process easy and comfortable, and they answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. It was honestly better than I expected--quick, professional, and friendly. I'd definitely come back again!

Fast friendly and clean. Lana (sorry if misspelled)! Was amazing. She took her time and explained everything. Acknowledged everyone who walked in or called while I was there. Very personable and knowledgeable on all the questions I had. Didn't feel rushed and she even found me a discount for my son's contacts. Keep up the great work and I hope Walmart appreciates her skills! She's the reason I'd go back!

NO STARS AT ALL!! The only kind person there was the eye doctor, very nice and helpful. The other two women working were totally rude and no costumer service whatsoever. One of them took my tray where I had the chosen frames, and very rudely she responded to me. The other one asked me if I was using insurance and right after I told her yes, she treated me very rudely. Angelica and Lauren are her names. I won't come back to that vision center.

I walked in without an appointment due to blurred vision, can I just say I'm so APPRECIATIVE for Dr Tarp, she found a retinal detachment in my left eye. This is a very serious matter, she even went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information for surgery. She made sure I was able to get into the surgeon tomorrow. Without her I would've been in worse shape, possibly lost of complete vision in my left eye. She's AMAZING

Dr.thorn is a inconsiderate lazy doctor with no customer skills what so ever she never returns Phone calls or follows up delayed orders been waiting for glasses for 2 months now after being told 4 weeks had to hunt her down to get a response after several visits and phone calls she tells us she'll make a phone call in two days!!! GET REAL Walmart you could do better like u should've made a phone call on our first visit there with our concern

I called and made an appointment on January 2nd for January 7th. They lost / mischeduled with their computer system, did not tell me this and left me in the waiting area; I asked why I was left waiting over 40 minutes past my appointment time to learn why other people were being helped ahead of me. They failed in that 40 minutes to handle my insurance information. I had to wait longer to call customer service for my insurance, spoke to two reps who advised the plan information for vision coverage was the same information on my insurance card. The staff could not figure out how to bill it and refused my coverage offering me no other options. I asked and they do not take the Walmart credit card either. They were somewhere between treating me like a scammer or fraud artist and a nuisance. I said I would pay with debit card and the rep acted incredulously, as if I did not have money and had me pay in advance. I called 5 days ahead to make an appointment and share my coverage information with this clown car of of part-time staff to try and avoid this. Then I had to come back because they do not stock the type of contact lenses I needed. I had to call them twice to ask if the contact lenses had come in. They left a note to themselves in the box of contact lenses how someone had forgotten to order them 5 days ago, it was 13 days for me to get the contact lenses. I am a first time wearer for contact lenses and had to do the training on how to use them. I made an appointment again but was kept waiting 55 minutes. I was told I would get my prescription once I did the contact lens training but staff refused to give it to me, so I left with only the samples.

Shout out to Lauren for helping my elderly dad find new frames using his existing lenses! Service and professionalism were outstanding!! So grateful for solving a potentially difficult situation.
