I am a new patient as of today and boy I was NOT disappointed! The whole experience was fun and easy and the staff is amazing! Miss Gail is hilarious and makes you feel right at home, while Dr. Cramer is a hoot and a half! We laughed, we cried, I wanted to invite her to Christmas dinner! They are both stupendously professional, relaxed, thorough, fun, and lovely in every sense of the word! I will be going back for as long as I can!

20/20 EyeCare Solutions, Inc. at Costco in East Peoria, IL is the absolute best in every aspect of eye exams. I have been going to Dr. Karen Cramer for 7 years now, and I promise you will not be disappointed. I also cannot say enough about Gail who completes all of the tests before your exam, She is amazing, efficient and friendly. First and foremost is the personal care and compassion exhibited by both Dr. Cramer and Gail. You are much more than a "patient number" which is what I felt like a my prior provider's office. Gail does an excellent job with all of the pre-testing prior to the eye exam, and she ALWAYS has a smile from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave. Dr. Cramer is always conversational and has genuine interest in her patients, both in their vision, and their personal lives. All of these things makes the experience top notch. And, on top of ALL THAT goodness, the exam price is only $100 which is MUCH LESS than my prior provider's office charges, and you are in and out in 30-45 minutes or less. My husband and I both love Dr, Cramer. She is outstanding!! We both drive from the Quad Cities to East Peoria to see her. We were very unhappy with the care we received when she left and after trying 3 other eye doctors at Eye Surgeons , are ecstatic to have her back. She is well worth any drive! Her equipment is top of the line and she really takes the time and works with you. It is so nice having someone that you trust and the quality of service cannot be topped.

I have gone to eye doctors all my life and found that Dr Cramer is the best! She has up to date equipment, very processional, and personable.

30 years of wearing glasses and this was the best eye exam experience all around. You will want to plan ahead as she is booked out about a month.

Very disappointing. My appointment was canceled and staff was incredibly rude. I work in the medical field... if that was my practice/ staff I would be embarrassed Would not recommend

Haven't been the an eye Dr. in a long time. Dr. Cramer and staff were delightful and professional! I highly recommend them!

Staff are highly professional. All questions were fully answered and explained. Truly felt cared for and listened to!
