Costco Vision Center in East Peoria, IL is the absolute best in every aspect of the experience of purchasing glasses. I have been going to Costco for 7 years now, and I promise you will not be disappointed. First and foremost are the people...Laura, Tami, Marena, and Kelly are all professional and friendly, and really take the time to ensure the frames we chose were exactly the right ones...look, feel, sturdiness, and price. They all have the perfect "eye" for what looks good and what does not. :-) They take extra time to ensure the lens measurements are spot on, and do all they can to get the best price between my insurance, and current discounts all while staying within my budget. They are all very efficient, knowledgeable, conversational, and have a sense of humor, all of which make the buying and trying on experience top notch. And, on top of ALL THAT goodness, the frame AND lens prices are about 50-75% less than my prior provider's office. I will never go anywhere else for glasses. Laura was very friendly and helpful. The frames are pretty comparable in price to other places, but the lenses are cheaper because you don't have to pay for all of the add ons. Due to my high prescription 2 pairs of prescription glasses (everyday pair and sunglasses) usually runs over $500. Today I got 2 pairs of glasses for $350.

The wait due to covid combined with the employees rude demeanor made this experience a terrible one! I definitely wouldn't do it again!
