Been customer for more than 7 years, but after change of ownership, service is non existent, they do not honor warranties, nor they know about it, they just want you to buy new one. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!

The Doc has a excellent team helping her. I was so upset that day and the love and kindness was so great there I had to apologize before leaving. The service there was almost like being around family that care whether you are having a bad day or not. Not just getting glasses. I recommend this place before any other place to get my eye checked and get glasses. They also have a great selection of glasses to choose from. Thanks team!

worst experience ever for a simple eye EXAM. so unprofessional & workers there could give less of a crap. Always overbooking just to get more business & their communication is horrible & not to mention they will purposely assign you a new time exam & hope that you're fine with that. also very expensive for no reason. another time i went they said they had a meeting and had to CANCEL my appointment i called of the rest of work and missed out on $80 bucks that could have gone to my FAMILY especially with this freaking economy? you guys are going to piss off the wrong family one day. do better this is nothing to be playing around with.
