The young lady who worked with me prior to doctor Bresch was OUTSTANDING! She was thorough, professional, kind, caring and was very confident in what she was doing. She shared with me every step of the way. I was very impressed ! During the appointment another gentleman came by and knocked on the door. He needed help with another patient. She was very sweet, apologized for leaving and returned and again thanked me for my patience! She displayed excellent leadership skills in a calm manner helping out this young man! I had the best experience!! The office staff was really nice, extremely competent and they all seemed to really enjoy working there.
Dr. Nelson performed the surgery and I met with him before and after the surgery. Everything went extremely well, even better than I would've expected. The doctor is so nice to deal with, extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend the staff and doctor! I'm actually looking forward to getting my second eye done in a couple of weeks.
