Horrible customer service! Day before standard check up appointment they called and asked me to come 15 minutes sooner. When I arrived at said time there was 45 minutes waiting line. They were wondering why I wish to cancel visit.

I called today to schedule an appointment after being referred. I explained to the lady over the phone the reason for my call. She cut me off halfway and asked me to hold. After remaining on hold for approx. 5 minutes, another lady answered and she was VERY rude. I explained to her my issue. She asked what type of insurance I had. She stated that my issue was NOT an emergency. I explained to her that I was in pain, she then proceeds to huff and say "just letting you know there's a copay of $190 for new patients and YOUR insurance definitely wont cover it-- this is a surgery! I had no problem having to pay out of pocket but she made me feel very uncomfortable. I decided to book an appointment elsewhere.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Peter Panton and the entire staff at Panton Eye Center! From the very first phone call, through my cataract surgeries, through my follow up visits, everyone has been outstanding! I now have better vision than I've ever remembered. Everyone was always kind, helpful and professional. I was really scared about having eye surgery, but really felt like I was in the best hands. All of my many phone calls were always answered right away (very rare occurance these days) and even though it's a busy place, I was always treated with courtesy and respect. I highly recommend Panton Eye Center!

Dr. Peter Panton and his ophthalmology team have been treating my family and I almost my entire adult life. His medical assistant is outstanding and patient, thorough and caring. My medical condition has improved over the last few years due to the excellent point of care, intervention and wise medical recommendations Dr. Peter has given me, and I am healthy, and grateful! My last visit was very thorough and comprehensive, explaining to me to understand the findings with state-of-the art technology. Moreover, Dr. Peter's medical knowledge and keen wisdom goes beyond eye disease as his medical advice has also helped my brother and mother. Panton Eye Care staff and Dr. Peter are an amazing blessing to their patients!

I was very disappointed with services here. The appointment took over 2 and a half hours. Front desk staff had poor communication, and did not communicate any reason for delays. I also personally witnessed a staff member leave a client who did not speak English without even attempting to translate or help her at all in a corner of the office, telling her she needed to go somewhere else. I would not return to this office unless I had no other options available.

First time patient and the front staff desk were so rude. Have attitude's that suck big time. They need to be more professional and greet people with kindness and respect. As if it were them being attended. If it wasn't because my father doctor referred us here I would of never pick such a racist place with staff so rude and mean to there elderly people. I had to hold my Kool because I was not trying to go to jail. I don't recommend this place to noone

I needed cataract surgery on both eyes. It's a bit frightening at first, knowing both your eyes need to be operated on. The doctors and staff explained in calm detail the entire process and answered all questions I had. My left eye was done in January and the right about six weeks later. As I understand it, the timetable is different for everyone. I was told there would be minimal pain, the operation is done on an outpatient basis and recovery is fairly quick as long as I follow instructions. There were absolutely no surprises. After the first eye was done, the results were so good I wanted the other done as soon as possible. My vision is no longer "cloudy" and colors are vibrant again. Any pain I had was minimal and short lived, I've had headaches that were worse.I will recommend Panton Eye Center to anyone I know who is in need. Thank You

The Panton family has been taking care of my mom for almost 30 years and have helped her navigate through a lot of eye issues. They have saved her vision! When I finally accepted that I needed glasses I didn't think twice about who I would trust with my eye health. They are professional, patient, courteous and trustworthy.
