Visionworks Evergreen Plaza
I had a great experience at Visionworks in Evergreen Plaza. The staff was professional, friendly, and very patient throughout the entire process. From the eye exam to selecting frames, everything was explained clearly and handled efficiently. my questions were answered, and the associates helped me find frames that fit both my style and budget.
The store was clean, well-organized, and welcoming, and the overall service made the visit stress-free. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for quality eye care and excellent customer service.

The whole experience was great, except the young lady who greeted me upon arrival. I feel like she could have been a little more nice. She was not smiling like I was and she had a nasty disposition. She needs to be in the upper room away from customers if she needs an attitude adjustment or some sort she should handle that before she punches in.

Customer service is very poor with no one in store. 2nd time coming in because left the 1st time because of it.Waited ,45 mins then took another customer b4 us. I addressed why and they stated the other CS lady told than the other customer was before us. Even after I corrected the lie, she made us wait. Glasses choices are GREAT! But far as recommending Evergreen location, poor. Waiting long for getting fitted for glasses is not acceptable

In all i had a pleasant experience. There were five of us getting exams, the ladies were wonderful and worked with us. Dr sandoval hands down was great and was thorough with our exams and answered any and all questions we had. He was also very patient with my autistic son who has adhd as well. The girls were great and got me a good discount on my glasses. I highly recommened this visionworks and will continue to go back

This is the best Visionworks I've ever been to, and I've lived in a few states and have been to several. My glasses broke and I didn't have a good back up pair or contacts, so it was a bit of an emergency. I called ahead to see what could be done and the woman I spoke with went above and beyond! When I came in person she was able to help me replace my broken frames with no problem. I was in and out within 30mins. The woman who helped me was so knowledgeable, attentive (even with multiple other customers present) and kind. She deserves a raise! I will go out of my way to return to this location in the future. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in years!

Dr Z was very informative, patient, and she enlightened me about several things regarding my eyes that I never knew .
I really appreciated her professionalism and passion she has for this work.
The staff person unfortunately I didnt get her name . She was great as well. She adjusted my eyeglasses so they would fit better and explained why they become loose. She said " Always take your eyeglasses off with both hands".
