I just called at around 2:56PM today on 9/30/2025 from an attorney's office as we are trying to obtain medical records and bills regarding one of our client's in order to settle the case. The girl that answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. She was yelling at me over the phone, talking over me, and she hung up on me. She wouldn't even let me finish my sentence. That's what you get paid for miss... even if the doctor I was looking for doesn't work there anymore, she did at one point. I asked for her supervisor and she said she's "not there" and she also probably provided a fake name to not be held responsible. Have a great day "Natalie". Please learn how to be professional and have some decency and manners.

I was told to try Walmart by a friend. And boy was I glad!
Walmart vision center is about to change a lot.
Walmart carries designer frames, like Coach, BeBe, Channel, etc.
They will start there remodel after January 2025 sometime.
I had went to Evergreen Vision and they were awful. They charged me $205 for the exam only, then they require you to sit down so you purchase frames from them.
Example: 2 frames I brought in plus exam. $800 for only 1 reading 1 sunglass.
Nothing wrong with vision except far distance.

Walmart has changed for the better for sure.
And the Dr at Walmart was a hell of a lot better than Evergreen.
Plus, Walmart takes insurance too.
Nichole is the manager and really cares about there clients.
NOTE: if you go in and they are busy leave them a note on the countier and once the person leaves their chair they will call you!
They only have SO many employees BE PATIENCE PLZ!
They WILL NOT take away from a client in the chair to help customers at counter!!!
One on one service no interruption!!
That's the service I want.

This location is very unprofessional and is not knowledgeable about what insurance are acceptable. When I schedule the appointment I had to get transferred to 3 different people who have NEVER heard of the insurance AmBetter although Walmart vision and their doctors are listed under the providers. I kept being asked if it Medicare. I explained I purchased my insurance via marketplace. Followed up today prior to appointment and was told they don't take that insurance they haven't heard of it before. I just canceled.

Fast service! The front desk woman, Nierra, was so nice and patient with me. I ordered my glasses on Thursday, and they were done 6 days earlier than expected. Also so cheap for name brand glasses. Great deals and good service.

I'm usually not the one to leave reviews, but something has to be said about the undesirable customer service from Associates Charlene C. In the Vision Center
This young lady is the epitome of unprofessionalism, I've encountered this young lady two times the first time on February 28th 2020. Walked into the vision center and said hello how are you? she looked at me like I had three heads... so I spoke again and I said Hi how are you, she said " I said hello" .. with the infamous neck roll, Snuffleupagus eyelashes the only thing that was missing that she wasn't popping gum..
I still conducted business with her because I wanted my updated lens in a favorite pair of glasses of mine.
I chalked it up as if she was just having a bad day.
7 days later, came to pick up my glasses, and the same undesirable attitude. Like your inconveniencing her at her workplace. This young lady need to have customer service training or she needs to find something that suits her better if dealing with the public is not a good thing.
Everything about this young lady sucks, I hope management take heed to these reviews that are being left about this particular young lady and help her keep her job.

Fire that customer service lady. She is very rude. I simply asked her if they had an eye care club similar to America's best. Her response(with a nasty attitude): I dont know what America's best does. I subsequently explain it to her. Her response: Naw, you gotta pay for every exam up here.
She is soooooo ghetto.
