Sean was incredibly helpful during my first visit to America's Best! He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood all my options. My boyfriend and I came into this location because unfortunately my frames were smashed beyond repair. Everyone was extremely friendly and we were greeted as soon as we walked in, but Sean, who was helping us stood out. He was helpful when it came to providing information about the different levels of lens to be chosen from and why, with my prescription, I should have a higher lever tier of lens or always choose a plastic frame to be able to support the heavy lens! Thanks again Sean! Time and patience mean a lot to customers!

Sean at America's Best provided outstanding service. He took the time to walk me through my options and helped me choose the plan that truly made the most sense for me. After comparing my insurance versus the Eye Care Club, he explained everything clearly and made the process easy to understand. Because of his guidance, I was able to walk away with a pair of glasses and contact lenses for the entire year at a great value. The service was professional, honest, and efficient. I really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable he was throughout the whole visit. Highly recommend working with Sean if you want excellent customer service and someone who actually looks out for your best interest.

I've been coming to this location for a few years now and more often than not the front desk personnel have been very unprofessional. From rudely answering phone calls, misprioritizing customers based on walk-in traffic versus appointments, and loudly laughing and joking amongst themselves while customers are being taken care of or waiting. I recently returned for a 2nd time to pick up my glasses that the GM informed me would be ready and delivered on Friday. Today is Sunday and I'm now told only one pair has been received. The issue I have is that when I came in I was asked to have a seat and the front desk person would be right with me. There was nobody in line and the front desk person stepped away for a few minutes before returning. She then came to the front to look for my glasses. She tells me she only located one pair and to hold on because Customers walked in. I watched her for 10 minutes deal with other people while I was left sitting there with no answer. Another guy walks up and asks if I've been taken care of. I tell him I've been waiting for a while. He then attempts to make an excuse for the long wait, as though to sweep it under the rug. The woman who forgot about me overheard our conversation and explained to him that she couldn't locate my 2nd pair. He turns to me and begins to try and correct me like a child with a smirk on his face. His name was (Sean) and he made the situation worse. That's when I began losing patience and let him know I didn't need him to read any riot act and to simply locate my 2nd pair. If you're gonna ask somebody if they've been helped and then when they tell you that they have not been, you should either go out of your way to help or apologize for the delay and leave it alone. Don't try and be the hero or boldly correct someone like a child with an attitude, especially when they are already upset about the service they've received. This person's demeanor and professionalism was inappropriate. If anyone needs correcting, it's this guy who felt emboldened to speak out in a condescending manner to a customer who has already been incovenienced on multiple occasions. To be neglected by customer service and sales personnel and then reprimanded for sharing frustration over it is unacceptable on every level. This person (Sean) basically bagged up my one pair of glasses and attempted to hand them to me while saying the other pair must be at the lab without even making any effort to inquire or give an eta on future arrival. I told him, I'm not taking the glasses until my order is complete. If I'm not satisfied with the order at the time my 2nd pair arrives (if they arrive at all) I will be canceling and demanding full refund. One star was given just because I can't give zero stars.

Sean was Very helpful. He Explained my prescription and the doctors recommendations clearly. He made me feel comfortable and informed choosing the lens to the glasses. I'm very excited to receive my new glasses when they're ready. Thank you so much.

Sean was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind and welcoming. The doctor was patient, thorough, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered. I truly felt cared for. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate eye place !!!

Sean at America's Best provided excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable with explaining my prescription for the lenses I was being fitted for on February 7th 2026. I picked my glasses up on February 18th and I must say that I'm very happy with the frame that I picked and how they look. Sean also helped me in choosing the best frame in what I was looking for. The entire team at this location are very welcoming and professional.
