Highway robbery! I ordered a new battery urgently for my BIO and Kevin Flynn promised me via Email that I'd receive it within one week since I told him it was urgent. It's now been 3 weeks and no battery and he hasn't responded to any of my 5 emails or calls over the past 3 weeks! Customer service is telling me that now it'll take about 8 weeks to receive it, and with no apologies whatsoever. When I asked to talk to someone higher up they said Kevin is the owner/manager. So the owner/manager never responds to calls or emails? For weeks?! Wonderful.
