Eyes on Grand

We have an appointment together with my 7-year-old son and I have my 23-month-old baby with me too. My son was having a great experience in this place. This was his first time, and I saw he was so comfortable, and the instructions were clear while he was doing the exam. A first-time experience is very important to them. He was not scared and was able to enjoy guessing colors and shapes. First, through phone booking, I was very satisfied; they found a way to help with my schedule since my working schedule is unpredictable. Second, coordinators/front desk are hospitable and very helpful. Third, the doctor was very informative and made me feel comfortable. The area is welcoming and bright. Satisfied customer and I am coming back for the follow up in 2 months and I definitely recommend this place.

I took my daughter to Eyes on Grand to get retested for astigmatism and refitted for new glasses, and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly nice, informative, and outgoing -- they made us feel welcomed right away. Dr. Rosalba was fantastic! She was straight to the point, easy to work with, and very child-friendly, which made the appointment fast, comfortable, and totally stress-free for my daughter. We had a smooth, painless experience, and walked out feeling confident and well taken care of. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Eyes on Grand to anyone looking for quality, friendly eye care!

We live a hour and twenty minutes away. And I will forever make the drive. The Dr. and the staff are so welcoming and so patient: they took the time to teach my daughter to place her contacts in. And took the time with my son as he came in with traumatic subconjunctival hemorrhage in his right and she took the time to make sure it wasn't something more serious. The place is so clean and the location is easy to find and parking is accessible. Thank you

Eyes on Grand have been servicing me and my children eye care needs for 2 years. The optometrist and office staff are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Appointments always run on time and smoothly. The office space is clean and has a beautiful modern design. Cost is fairly priced and I have never had an issue with insurance acceptance. I highly recommend.

Doctor and staff are amazing! Very welcoming when you come in, doctor is very knowledgeable and takes the time out to explain everything to you and answers all questions. Staff is super helpful with pricing and explaining all options to you as well. This is my second time here and will keep coming back!

I visited the eye doctor today for my dry eye issue, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care I received. The doctor was extremely friendly, kind, and took the time to really understand my symptoms. She listened patiently, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the visit. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and knows exactly how to address the problem. I'm glad I found a doctor like her -- highly recommend! (Not commenting on the staff, but the doctor herself is truly excellent.)
