I spoke to Kathy on the phone terrible customer service does not even have manners how to talk to a customer. I bought a pair of glasses last year with Hoya at West Suburban Family vision and therapy center. and every place gives a one year warranty and that's what I was told too. They are bad at communicating. They need to work on there customer service skills too. I will NEVER buy Hoya products again after this experience. I will moving forward just buy Esillor products.
