They are so nice. They all take there time with thier patients. My kids even love going to the eye doctor since I found them years ago. Thank you for each and every one of you for what you do and being so cairing and genital.

The doctor and people are very nice but I wasnt happy with the part with the frames. I ordered them on a Friday and changed my mind, trying to leave a message Sunday Night that I wanted to cancel the order which should have been super easy. They told me my insurance wouldnt let me cancel it but I called them and they were fine with it but they my provider (Greenville Eyeglass) still wouldnt cancel it. So after multiple phone calls I'm stuck with overpriced frames that I didnt want. They let me change my frames but i just wanted the whole thing canceled I gave them plenty of warning too. It's not like I waited a week or last minute to tell them I didnt want them.

I have been going to Greenville Eyeglass for a few years and my family and I could not be more pleased with the staff and we personally seen both of the Dr's they have on staff. I do highly recommend going to Greenville Eyeglass, very family friendly and nice to work with.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and my glasses are always exactly right, for both vision and fit. They were ready before the promised date and I couldn't be happier.

Been 2 months and glasses still aren't in. My wife called the other day and they said both were in but am here now and only hers are in. Edit: they have now "lost my glasses" said they would remake and overnight them, now they are saying i have to wait another 4 weeks, so there aren't even overnighting them.

Never been screamed at by somebody trying to fix my glasses in my entire life been treated that away

They told me not to call back or else... Threatening me and hanging up on me
