Awesome and very talented team! They got my vision dialed in and made me feel comfortable as I got used to wearing contacts. I also came out with a sweet pair of glasses. They go above and beyond

If I could give zero Stars I would because that is what this company truly deserves. I have worn glasses since I was in second grade due to my lazy eye, astigmatism, and nearsightedness. I am now 36 years old and after one 10minute appointment with the optometrist, I have been told that I no longer need glasses and i do not have a lazy eye or astigmatism. I told her If I do not wear glasses when I drive, I will get double vision because of my lazy eye. The eye doctor here claims that my eyes do not require glasses for driving even though I have told her that I get double vision. She claims that my eyeglasses prescription is too low to require glasses. I feel like she rushed through my appointment. Now I am going to a different optometrist to get another opinion. Since my insurance already paid Marion eye center, I will be paying for the 2nd opinion out of my own pocket.

I was there this morning .1-6-2026. They are all so nice there. They do a wonderful job. I been going there since Dr stiner retired.He was a great Dr too. The place is always nice and clean.Thank you all for being so nice and helpful.

The employees are great. Problem: I asked about having the arms extended so that they would go behind my ears and hopefully prevent them from slipping and I was told that it couldn't be done, I was directed to the Oakley brand, being told that they are designed to squeeze tighter. They slip worse than my previous pair. I had my eye exam and was told that my left eye had improved. I ordered and paid for my glasses, they called me when they received my glasses and told me that I had an additional fee to pay before I could get my glasses due to insurance . I picked them up; a short time later I had a physical and I was unable to read the required line with my left eye, I returned for a recheck and was told that the eye doctor wasn't in and I'd have to come back the following day (Note: The eye doctor was about 10 feet away from me when I walked in and then she vanished) after they discussed it, I was told that I could get in in an hour. I rode around, killing time since I live 30 minutes away, 45 minutes later I got a call telling me that I have to come back the following day to see a different doctor. I accepted the appointment. Later that day I got a call saying that they couldn't remember the day that I was to come in and that I could come in either Tuesday or Thursday. I didn't return, I'll live with it until my next eye exam but it won't be at Marion Eye Center. Update: My glasses got broken (I had taken out the insurance on them), I called them for a replacement, they told me that I had to pay 20% for the lenses and full price for the frames. When I questioned them about the frames, I was told that I didn't take out the proper insurance to cover the frames. I told her that I took out the insurance that was offered to me. Lesson learned. Have been going to Marion Eye Centers in Benton since I was 5 years old. I am now 22. Moved to Litchfield just a few months ago. After visiting my hometown yesterday and going through Greenville I passed a Marion Eye Center. Only 30 miles away from home. I immediately called them to schedule an appointment as I haven't been in quite some time. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful and nice to talk to. They were able to get me in the next day!!!! *Today*. Dr. Zagorski was very professional and also very helpful with discussing my contacts and eye care with me. Everyone was very professional and I am very grateful I passed by and seen a MEC this close to me as I thought I was out of luck. Thank you guys I look forward to my next visit.

This place is absolutely amazing I got into the Dr the same day I called thankfully cause my glasses had been stolen Dr Z and the staff went out of their way for me then I ordered glasses on a Monday and that following Friday of the same week my glasses were already in I can't give them enough thanks for all of their help since I am also a CDL holder ty all so very much !!!

My family and I were visiting Greenville over a long weekend for a wedding. I realized while in route that I had forgotten to pack my contacts. Marion Eye Center was the first place I reached out to on a Friday morning and they were wonderful to work with. Using my existing prescription they provided me a new pair from their inventory along with supplies to get me through. I felt like I'd been a customer for many years. Greenville is fortunate to have such a wonderful business like this in town. Thank you!
