Honestly, i went there not knowing what to do and i was really clueless on needing help with my eye sight. A wonderful receptionist by the name of Clarissa helped me and guided me in order to have a successful time and she informed me on several things such as creating an appointment to check my eyesight, she also was very knowledgeable and helpful and overall a great employee there. We need more workers like Clarissa, amazing find of an employee.

Yall please do not come here!! This place has many bad reviews for a reason!!!! I was told my glasses would take 2-3 weeks to arrive and now a month has passed and I still have no idea when or if my glasses are even coming. When I called to ask if they could track my glasses or tell me why it's taking so long they had no answers and were extremely unhelpful. The staff is nice enough but seriously just avoid this place.

Alex Is Very helpful and understanding I had a miscommunication a while back and he cleared everything up this is a really good place to come and get great help!

Over corrected my prescription and set both eyes the same prescription when they are in fact 2 different prescriptions. After the 1,2. 3,4 i told the blonde optometrist it was still significantly blurry and I was told "it's ok, when you get the glasses it won't be blurry. They didn't measure the lenses to mark where my eye sat and had to fix the focal point which they did but didn't help being it wasn't the correct prescription to begin with. We called they said my problem would resolve it's self after a few days of wearing the glasses. It did not. I just had to drop 200 at Walmart to have them fix what this place couldn't do. The minute you come in here and say you feel something is wrong they look at you with the look of "how dare you question us". Will never go back. Will never recommend, will tell everyone I know to not go here. Please heed the other negative reviews as they are true

Very unprofessional staff! They called me just to hang up on me as I picked up the call. When I called back they had no knowledge of anyone calling me, not to mention they called the wrong person. They were giving me info regarding scheduling that pertained to mom and went as far as suggesting I'd let her know for them. What type of eye doctors and staff are they if they're asking for me to do their job. Also when I confirmed with mom whether or not they got a hold of her she stated otherwise. Horrible place to go to not to mention the lack of professionalism. Will not be returning here! Check for other vision providers if possible as this one functions poorly. Updated reply to "management": It really was you're service as you forgot to apologize after you're staff rudely picked up my call and hung up on me without any apology. Funny how you respond to my review here but didn't have a clue on what I was talking about after returning your phone call. Your staff needs to get on the same page about bottom story also not my fault you don't have updated numbers for your patients!

Experience was excellent! Staff are very professional. Doctor really nice and professional. She did a great job with my daughter's first exam. Super kid friendly. Definitely would recommend.

On fri 2.16.24, I was agreed by a blonde woman with an accent. My sons and I had went for an eye exam 3 weeks prior so I was expecting all of our glasses ready and they weren't. She than proceed to tell me b/c of my insurance( which is Medicaid) I had gotten them early. Normally it will take 2-3 months to received glasses b/c of my insurance. I told her that I was told 3 weeks for all of us to received glasses otherwise I wouldn't have come. Illinois has horrible service when it comes to using ur medical insurance and ppl definitely treat u that way. If I knew I was gonna be treated like dirt when coming to asking for help for my children. I read reviews. Dr was great. But that blonde lady has no manners and I hope none of her family experiences the disrespect she gave us. I would not recommend this place unless u have no choice and be ready to be treated like dirt.

Dr. Goldberg was a nice doctor, but not really a people person. The front desk made numerous mistakes and fixed them all but it took so long to get the right pair of glasses. I didn't like that a selection was made for my daughter (11) without me being there. Space was recently renovated and looks nice.
