Dr. Berkovich is perhaps the best optometrist I have ever seen. I've never trusted eye glasses to correct my vision without making me entirely dependent on them. So I had Lasik surgery to avoid them all together. Now that I'm older and surgery is not a good option for me, I've seen multiple optometrists for a prescription. Dr. Berkovich really took his time to address my concerns and to help me understand everything I needed to understand to feel comfortable. He and his staff were thorough and professional. And I only paid $79 for the exam! I am happy to have found people I can trust with my eyes.

"This was our first time visiting this optometrist's office, and right from the beginning, my entire family felt warmly welcomed. The doctors and staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our visit. We genuinely appreciated their expertise and the comfortable atmosphere they created.
However, we did feel a slight pressure to opt for the eye imaging service. It would have been preferable if the staff presented it as an option rather than making customers feel obligated by emphasizing that the doctor highly recommends it. This would give customers more freedom to make their own choices based on their needs and preferences.
Additionally, it would be wonderful to see a wider selection of glasses available. While the current selection was satisfactory, we have noticed that other places we've been to offer a greater variety. Having a broader range of styles to choose from would enhance the overall shopping experience.
Despite these minor areas for improvement, our overall experience at this optometrist's office was positive, and we look forward to returning next year. The welcoming atmosphere, along with the kind and helpful staff, made us feel confident in their care. We appreciate their dedication to providing a pleasant and professional experience for their patients."
