To my fellow vision-impaired people: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! I got an eye exam done with them on 2/16 because my insurance covers anything done with them. When it was time to pick a frame out, I was told that only a specific selection was covered. All the options were ugly & not fitting for me, so I asked them to take my current pair & just change the lenses out with ones that had the updated prescription--they agreed. This past Monday (3/2), I called to see what the status of my glasses was 'cause that was the 2-week mark they said they'd be back by, & they told me they would text & email when they got the shipment in. TELL ME WHY THEY CALLED ME TODAY & TOLD ME THE LAB LOST MY FRAMES!! THAT I BOUGHT IN GERMANY WHILE LIVING THERE. & that's not even all!! I was told that either I would have to choose a pair of the ugly glasses frames, or I'd receive 20% off any frame they have on display on the wall. TWENTY MOTHERFREAKING PERCENT?!?! Absolutely NOT. I filed complaints against them both internally & with the insurance company. Y'all got the RIGHT one today!!

Put off going back to the eye doctor too long. Great staff and amazing eye doc. Derrick really helped me and my daughter out through the whole process. Highly recommend

Everyone here was so kind and welcoming! It had been a while since I visited an eye doctor, and I've always been nervous about the puff-of-air test but they don't do that here, which was such a relief. The team was incredibly patient with me, especially since it was my first time getting contacts. I'll definitely be coming back!

Friendly staff. There's a variety of designers frames to choose from and they are affordable. There's even a massage room. Imagine that!. The decor is beautiful I highly recommend this establishment.

I put in the order for my glasses here, 3 weeks later glasses came in incorrect, they said they will send them back, 3 weeks later they came back incorrect again, so I asked for a refund of my $300 because I feel like 2 months is enough time for an eye glass store to get glasses right. They said they issued the refund, 2 weeks later i still didn't see any refund, so I called and after looking they said they refunded to someone else's card that doesn't belong to me. They said thats what their system told them to do, so I asked why wouldn't you refund to the card that I used to pay with, to which they said "we dont know". I asked for a manager to call me, and the manager called and her solution was "We refunded to a card that you did not pay with that does not belong to you, we dont know how to fix this". THAT is unacceptable. That was her response, "we dont know how to fix this". I said i need a supervisor, very rudely she said the "District Manager" would call me, and here we are 2 weeks later, no one has called me and they still have my money. So now im filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and getting my attorneys involved because they have flat out refused to help me.

This is our first time coming here. Lindsey was amazing! We only came to get the eye exam done because our insurance didn't cover anything else. She showed us some affordable out of pocket frames and we ended up getting a new pair here. Definitely recommend coming here because of her
