I loved my experience, first time going there. Dr. Arnold did a great job, I explained my concerns and I ended up needing more of prescription. After that Giselle did an amazing job explaining the lens and also helped me decide which frames I should get because I had gotten so many haha. She recommended me to get one plastic frame and one metal frame. I honestly can't wait for my new glasses thanks to her! This will definitely be my new go to for my eye exams!

I would like to say thank you to the gurnee location. I have been having major issues with my eyes since doing chemo and Marley at this location has been simply amazing. She has been so helpful and understanding throughout this process. I started out in the McHenry location and I am more than blessed to have found Marley at the gurnee location. She NEVER makes me feel like I'm crazy..which is how I do feel with all the weird changes that have been happening. Thank you again!! Marley please don't leave!!

I got to work with Emily. She said she has "17 years in the industry and it is second nature at this point." Well she wasn't wrong and it clearly came across in her handling of my glasses exam and purchasing experience. I felt like I was in good hands , after telling her what I was looking for. She gave some good suggestions with good feedback about my own glasses pick. She truly made me feel comfortable with no pressure or rush to jump into anything I wasn't comfortable with and provided invaluable insight into the questions I asked.
