Staff and management are rude, unprofessional and unethical! I was a patient at the Eye Care Center of Lake County for many years. The service "was" phenomenal, however, in last several years the administrative staff has gotten progressively worse at which last year they've reached a peak of rudeness that is beyond belief and acceptance! After reaching out to management to share my concern about their staff's incompetence and lack of social/interpersonal skills; she too was rude! Dr Serpico and Dr Crawford are fantastic doctors, but they will "continue" to lose patients if their staff issues aren't addressed and rectified. I am no longer a patient and I highly recommend if you are considering becoming a patient to re-evaluate it and conclude it isn't worth the stress to pay your money and their salary to be treated disrespectfully.
