Associates were very attentive but not on your heels. I was able to walk around and choose on my own. Tony was amazing and made some welcome suggestions. Dr Berkovich was great, suggested I should get my eyes checked every year; I neglected mine for too long. Great experience, less than two week turnaround. Can't wait to try my sweet sunglasses tomorrow! My new reading glasses are amazing... I can throw away my readers!

I have found my new optical home for me and my daughter! The crew at Gurnee's Pearle Vision are a DELIGHT to visit. Dr. Eugene Berkovich was my doctor and he is very present and grounded. He was super clear in explaining everything, and the machine that takes photos of your inner eyeball (in lieu of dilation) was pretty cool to see. My fave Associate Hadrian has a GREAT eye for style. I was browsing to choose my new glasses and the first pair he suggested were these beautiful Tiffany & Co. frames I would have totally overlooked. I still shopped around, pulled several off the shelf, and sat down to really choose. I found a top 3 and the Tiffany pair Hadrian eyeballed for me were the undoubtable winners. I love them so much! A couple days later, Dr. Svetlana Kugel was the eye doctor for my 11-year-old daughter. She also had my girl feel comfortable and was thorough in the exam and explaining everything. Store Manager Tony taught my daughter how to put in and take out her new contacts for the first time and he is a phenomenal teacher. He has great patience and gives perfect guidance. He made great conversation to put her at ease, we talked about her fave musical artist and the show Stranger Things and his jokes are just too funny. They have great prices and deals on frames, rebate offers on contacts, and the most affable staff I've ever encountered at an eye doc shop. I have been going to this location for over 10 years, and Dr Berkovich is awesome. I love Lana as well. I have worked with her for a long time as well and she is always extremely helpful and finds the latest and stylish eyeglasses for me. She knows what I like as far as designer eyewear. Everything were ok until I found out when one of the screws of my eyeglasses got loose, went to the store and let them fix it, and then asked about my protection plan that I thought that she put it in, and found out she forgot to put in my protection plan. I was very upset coz the store manager said they can't put it anymore, so my question was what will you do if something happened to my eyeglasses? And this not my fault this is the negligence of the person who processes my eyeglasses.

They took me in last minute and I'm super glad I came here, they were so kind and helpful. Both pairs of my glasses were done in a week, I would definitely come here again. Thank you!
