Called Monday morning with what I thought was a clogged tear duct. Dr Rock was able to add me to her schedule later in the day. As day progressed, stye presented and was swelling into my cheek! Dr Rock was right on top of it and ordered an oral antibiotic script as well as antibiotic eye drops immediately. Advised if pharmacy couldn't fill for any reason to contact her back ASAP. Phone call next morning from staff to check on status. Not much changed, but she wanted to give antibiotics 24 hours before sending me to PCP or ER. As of this afternoon, 24 hours in and it is looking and feeling so much better! Thanks for the prompt response and great care!

I've been coming here for a few years. I've had great service until this last visit. I came in on October 20th to purchase a new pair of glasses. I was not told when to expect them in but overheard another worker tell a patient 7 to 10 business days. I called to check on my glasses status 15 days later. I was told they were still in lab and the wait I heard was incorrect that it has always been 10 to 15 business days. I told her then I've always had extreme luck because my glasses have always been in before 10 days. I waited another week and called again to check. Had to leave a message because no one answered the phone. No one returned my call. Had my husband call on Thursday 20th of of November, whole month later. Was told that the glasses were done but didn't make the truck for shipping should be in by the following Monday or Tuesday. Did not receive any call on Monday or Tuesday that the glasses were in waited until Thursday called again and was told that the glasses were back in the lab because they didn't pass the final inspection. Needless to say, the glasses I had have been broke the whole time. Landed up, getting them fixed going into CLARKSON, getting my money back, canceling my next appointment and printing off my prescription. I'm upset that the incompetence of the office workers drove me to go somewhere else. Not to mention when I went in to cancel everything I didn't even get questioned as to why. All I got was have a nice day.

I can't wait to see again. Thank you Clarkson for having such a great staff and Eyecare Doctor. I got cataract surgery in 2020. I've noticed that I've been having trouble cleaning my eyeglasses. Turns out that my implants have a film on them. So now I have to go get it removed. Trust Clarkson Eyecare for your sight.

Part of chain ... very unhelpful and confirmed my insurance, 2 phones calls to do this, then drove 26 miles to find out Dr Rock will not take my insurance. Front desk teenager was clueless and I would never want my customers at my funeral home to be treated this way.

I had a great experience at Clarkson Eyecare in Highland. The staff was professional, they were running on schedule, and took the time to listen to my concerns. Great experience!

Great exam & did not take long for my glasses to come in. Mark was particularly patient adjusting my frames and got them exactly the way I like them.

Great and friendly service. Best eye exam I have ever had. Dr Rock is the best!
