Highland Family Eyecare is a wonderful place to be seen yearly for your routine eye exams. Dr. Natalie was so kind and Michelle and Stephanie were great and knowledgeable. They are always prepared to remind you of your upcoming appointments and they go above and beyond at making sure you find the right pair of glasses and/or contacts that you would like. Love this business!

I went back and forth on leaving a review. I honestly hate to do this, because I had a terrific experience with Dr. Hutchison and the other ladies in the back. My script had changed significantly in less than a year. We determined it was a medication I had been taking and I needed to contact my physician. In the interim I ordered glasses. Paid $400 for the glasses and script. I called less than 24 hours later and spoke to the front desk and asked them if the order could be cancelled. It was determined that I was giving myself the incorrect dose and within 14 days my vision should improve and go back to normal. I felt as though the front desk person was not helpful and actually started to grill me about the medication I was taking. Which is non of her business. She said she would talk to the Doctor and get back to me. Never heard from her again. She told me they couldn't cancel my order as well, because it was already sent over. I guess someone is there to start fabricating my order right away, although it could 2 weeks to get the glasses back. I'm just so disappointed in healthcare and the way you are treated when you have a problem. It's a shame because overall the experience was great.

I don't normally leave reviews but they deserve a great one! I got my appointment day wrong and they managed to get me in. The staff was so kind and understanding. The new doctor I saw was amazing. Very friendly and made things quick and simple. Highly recommend!
