At Walmart vision on Wednesday April 17. I WAS PATIENT from 6:15 to 6:34. Three other clients are also waiting. Jeanette Gonzalez is taking care of a client and is chatting away about personal memories, encounters and slowly pecking into her keyboard. It appeared that she muttered something to the people waiting, but did not make any eye contact or offer an "im sorry to keep you waiting." This woman was unpleasant and inconsiderate to the other clients who had been waiting for who knows how long. I finally said something to her and she showed very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE not knowing how to respond to this situation.
She needs CUSTOMER service training and needs to work getting her job done and being efficient not dilly-dallying snd sharing stories wasting people's time.

Dr. Gertz was out of town trying to enjoy vacation and George was able to contact her so I could receive an emergency pair of contact lenses! Can't speak highly enough of George and Dr Gertz! Loyalty is hard to come by and both of them exemplify "loyalty" to its highest degree!

Very pleasant experience while getting 2 pairs of glasses for my husband! Kristian was SUPER INFORMATIVE, HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL AND TOOK HER TIME WITH US!!! Thank you Kristian!!!! Really suggest that this young lady get an incentive/raise/bonus. I went to the Bridgeview location a week ago just to be given misinformation and the ladies seemed confused while processing my order. That is why I recommended my husband try the Countryside location. Furthermore wasn't offered the buy one get the other pair 20% off. Kristian was the one to inform me! Had to call Bridgeview to get the 20% off! GO TO Countryside LOCATION and speak to Kristian IF YOU WANT GREAT SERVICE FOR GLASSES!!!
