I love this place. It is the only Healthcare provider that isn't late, employees are happy and friendly, unless something drastic happens, I'll be a patient for a long time. And dr. Robertson rocks! She's smart, friendly, thorough and very happy with her services

The doctors are amazing but the billing and manager are borderline fraudulent. If you are there for a preventative regular check up and they make any suggestions - do NOT go with any of the suggestions until you are clear on how things are going to be billed. They told us that my husband needed a photo of his optic nerve, and that there would be an extra charge for the picture. Sounds reasonable right? The rest of our family, with our eye care insurance paid a $10 copay for our regular visits. The way the billing person made it sound - it would just be extra for the photo, which I agreed too. Then it turns out they billed the entire visit as a medical visit - slapping me with a $200 bill. $50 was fo the photo - and $150 for the visit. To make it even more horrible, I don't get a bill until August 2024 when our visits were in December 2023. AND, after calling the office, they told me they would call me back. Well, three weeks later, no call, and instead I just get another bill in the mail - with no new information. So in the end, they get an extra $140 from my pocket. I very much loved the doctors - my kids have been going here for a few years, but the way they bill, the way they DID NOT explain it, and then completely are not taking responsibility for it has left me completely shocked, and I have no trust in them at all now. How do I know if any of their suggestions in the future are not just monetarily motivated. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I cannot begin to say how AMAZING this place is! From the phone call to make the appointment, to the fitting of my glasses, our experience was more than perfect. The entire staff was so nice and welcoming. My kids and I saw two different doctors and are very happy with both! Picking out lenses was so fun and way faster than expected. Very big clean office. I also love that each of the rooms has a different theme. I already made my appointment for next year!

This will be long but worth the read, I apologize in advance. I am visiting Huntley from Texas for 2 weeks for work, and I had an eye emergency. While getting ready for work one morning, I dropped a single contact of the only pair I had down the sink drain (rookie mistake, I should have packed spare glasses). Anyway, I was in distress and my heart was racing because I have to drive to O'Hare Airport this weekend and could NOT do that with one contact. Really, I couldn't even have made it through the rest of the work week. I called up Kaye Eyecare after searching for nearby optometrists in Huntley and I apologize I did not get her name, but the woman that answered my call was MORE than willing to help me with my emergency. She fit me in for an appointment within a few hours, ensured Kaye accepts my vision insurance, and ensured they had the contacts that I needed in stock!! When I arrived at my appointment, I was welcomed warmly by the receptionist and filled out all necessary paperwork. After I was called in, Jodi did an amazing job of making me feel like everything would be alright, and she ran every single test with care and sparked up great conversation. Once Dr. Robertson came in to finish off the eye exam, she was also comforting and let me know that Kaye is always available to help patients where they can. Dr. Robertson took more time with me than any eye doctor visit I have had in Texas, and any eye-related questions I had, she answered with clear detail. I was extremely impressed by how amazing this ENTIRE office staff is - from phone call, to arrival, to exams, to purchasing. If you all were located in TX, I would be back in a heartbeat because it's safe to say you blow other optometrist offices out of the water. Thank you Kaye for making a Texas boy feel right at home!

Don't believe in the good reviews ! They have one doctor new patient 2 months out ALL others maybe 2 days ? I need to have my eyes examined just for giggles I called again 11/2 months. There lot maybe has 8 cars take away employees never heard or experienced before time frame. It's not the start of school two doctors quit?? So what does that tell you about this office? Find someone else !!!!!

Overall excellent doctors, staff and options for glasses, contacts, etc. When I've ordered glasses and the progressives aren't lining up to my sight line, they redid them without cost. Also, you can bring your own frames and they will complete glasses that way if you don't like the in store frames.

Been going for years, good doctor, good staff.

I'm so happy we chose Kaye Eyecare for my son. Initially we went in for his kindergarten eye exam. Since then we've had a couple eye issues come up, and I could not be happier with the care my son has received. The front desk staff is so accommodating and friendly and the doctors my son has seen are fantastic with him. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
