I have been a patient at Simpson Eye for probably about 20 years and Dr. Melchionna has been my doctor, but unfortunately, I had to change my appointments to a different day and he is not available.
This time the wait wasn't very long at all.
My technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained in detail what testing he was going to do. Then it was Dr. de Guzman's turn to see me and he couldn't have been more pleasant, and of course, very knowledgeable and personable. Love his smile. I would highly recommend Simpson Eye!

I took my dad here today and it was a little nerve-wracking when we got there because of paperwork. But between Lisa who is completely brilliant, excellent and completely professional she made it a breeze. Teresa in the front was great with handling everything as well as Megan he was so kind. Dr Guzman is so inspiring and professional at the same time that he made us feel anything is possible. I just want to thank them so much for everything the kindness and understanding.

Dr. De Guzman explained very well the risks of my eyes developing a glaucoma if the laser is not done, and my eyes can't be dilated unless such procedure is completed to relieve the pressure in my eyes. Now, I'm more confident to have it done compared to my prior hesitancy. How I wish though I could fill out the pre-visit paperworks ahead of time in their website and the office will have them in hand already instead of filling them out in the office, but this does not affect their excellent service they provided.
