The Optometrists of Lake Forest

The entire family has been seeing Dr. Danz (see what I did there?...lol) for years, and it's always a delightful experience. Tricia is warm, intelligent, and an expert in her field. She always leaves every member of our family feeling great before leaving her office, and sincerely cares about her patients. I'd love to see them expand upon their designer glasses selection, but other than that, we have only amazing things to say about The Optometrists of Lake Forest!

For years I have been searching for a place that could 1: get my prescription right and 2: have the glasses being comfortable. I decided to give this place a shot, my am I happy I did, I was immediately welcomed by a warm and friendly staff. The doctor that took care of me was one of the nicest doctor I have ever seen. They got my prescription correctly right away and I were my Glasses ever were I go because they are so comfortable! Highly recommend

This is my second 5-star review that Dr. Ronald Henderson has rightfully earned for his friendly personality, professional patience in answering questions, and recommendation of an outstanding cataract surgeon. His entire Northbrook staff also earned my praise. My first visit and everyone was outstanding. 5+ Stars for Dr. Ronald Henderson and each of The Optometrists of Lake Forest staff.

Since I moved to Chicago area in 2015 The Optometrists has been my place to handle my vision. I have a very unusual optical nerve, diabetics and working with monitor computer since 1981 one of the first professional in native Nicaragua. In my 35 years in USA I never have had a professional and caring doctor as Dr. Russell Brody. When I moved to Chicago area around Lake Forest. Now I am in Naperville I drive to LF office to continue being in the profession hands of Dr. Brody and his staff. The best place to be treated. My Company will allow to work any place so I will back to HWY-FL. I need to return some times to Chicago area. I will continue visit this office even I will live in FL.

Jackie is rude and unwilling to help to schedule me for an appointment. Did not allow me to ask further questions and hung up on me. The office does not even have a manager to help, so good luck getting through her attitude. It's much easier anywhere else. Yes I have insurance, she just didn't care to schedule me based on her attitude.

I have been coming to The Optometrists of Lake Forest for many, many years. I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff is, and how there is always someone available to answer questions. They also remember me by name which makes me feel so welcomed. I highly recommend this office and would never go elsewhere. A big shout out to Emily and Norene!!

Let's start with the fact that everyone in this place acts like they're at the end of their rope and don't want to be working here. Add to that the fact that the first "doctor" at Lake Forest optometrists was short with my 2nd grader and then made us come back a second time for the "no fail" eye drops after which she gave us a prescription that didn't work! So back we went for the third time to see a different doctor who thankfully got the prescription right. THEN we went back to get my child's glasses adjusted and were told we would have to wait as everyone was "busy". There were 5 associates and only 2 other customers so I'm not sure what was keeping everyone busy but we waited. For a while. Next time my daughter needs new glasses we're going to Costco!

this place is great. I just walked in to see if I could get a pair of prescription sunglasses. It was no issue and no pressure. I ordered a pair of Maui Jim's - and they are the best glasses and most comfortable ones I have ever gotten. THe selection of frames was huge: it was hard to pick!
