My sister had a scheduled appointment at 9:30 Am to laser 2 minor holes in her retina. They told her she would be able to drive after and that it was a quick procedure- "you'll be in and out." She sat in the waiting room for over an hour before being moved to another dark smaller waiting room. They dilated and numbed her eyes and left the room only to come back a realize the laser machine was turned off/ not working. As she sat there in the room getting more anxious and nervous about the procedure (mind you it's now been almost 2 hours of her waiting) 4-5 people came in and out of the room to troubleshoot the machine. Don't worry though, these people began whispering about how they should just google it and see if they could find a solution to why the machine wasn't working. At 11:50 they were finally able to get the machine working and she had only 1 eye lasered because she started getting light headed and felt like she was going to pass out. She told the doctor while she was sweating that she didn't feel good and felt like she was about to pass out. The doctor finished the one eye then held my sister's legs up to increase blood flow so that she wouldn't actually pass out. Because my sister became so faint they were not able to continue and she still has the other eye that needs to be lasered. A horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The wait time was absurd and the stress she endured while waiting should have never happened.

From the first consult with Dr G through suggested options to treat glaucoma to after care treatment after SLT procedure, even scheduling appts was a breeze. I have to say that I am totally satisfied. So glad that my optometrist referred me to them. They are welcoming, tentative and very professional. The wait times are long as they have a sign posted at check in about that so plan to be there for a while but it's so worth it. They so thorough. I love my doctor and his great team I would definitely recommend if you are having issues with your vision and need a specialist !

I would give 0 stars if I could. The doctor was late after going to the wrong location during my initial visit then gave me the runaround on my MRI results for 4 months. I got fed up and requested my report today so I could get proper care from another opthamologist. The only good part of the practice is the staff.

First time patient the facility is big, its very busy alot of people. The dr was great he came in and out took care of all my needs but the ONLY thing i disliked was the wait its ridiculous you wait in 1 room than taken to a 2nd waiting room thats why I gave them 4/5. Its unfair i made it ontime just so i can sit for an hour more when i have a scheduled appointment.

We were just told that the wait time can be up to 2 hours. 2 hours. You heard that right. That's something that they should tell you at the moment you scheduled an appointment. Seems ridiculous not to. Maybe we should have checked in and had them call us back when they're ready.

The first time I came, I called the patient care coordinator a day or two before my appt to see if I was allowed to drive after my treatment. They didn't call me back until the week after my appointment. Wait times are, indeed, awful. During the first appointment I had to be re-dilated because they waited too long to see me and the drops wore off. I have to take half a day off of work every time I come because of wait times and delays. I wish the other comments echoing the same concerns would be taken seriously. I would not come here if it wasn't a referral from my optometrist.

The staff there from the receptionist to the staff that's there. were very very nice. Very professional. I didn't have to wait long to see someone there and the doctor was very good he knew exactly what needed to be done. Looked at my chart and told his associate. This is what we're going to do. Very nice. Nice experience Thank you

Best decision I ever made definitely life changing seeing the world in a different light and only 8-10 minutes changed that. I want to thank Dr. Lancaster for the successful experience.
