Target Optical

Dr. Patel, two years ago said I have a good chance of glaucoma. Made me pay $39 charge for her scan which my insurance always covers all pre screening etc. Went to Dr. Lamb very good eye surgeon. Said no you have no chance of glaucoma any time soon and unsure why she said what she said. Should check in when you're older, but keep on checking in which I do. Went back in another two years to grab my Oakley's that I like a lot and I usually pay over $300 for all. Once again, I thought Dr. Patel might be gone or made a mistake just asked for a prescription and my Oakley's and safety glasses which is nothing she charged me the $39 which I did not consent to. Said that I have a four out of six rating once again for glaucoma and she has a practice up the street for the second time trying to get me there. I didn't sign up for the $39 and I do not have glaucoma. Very positive she's scamming for her practice. Not OK not right. I wanted my $39 refunded once I understood what I was getting charged for and started looking at receipts. Be careful. She scared me that I had glaucoma the first time and I got everything checked out and been going to an eye surgeon every year after. The store manager is great. The doctor is using this as a side business for her practice. And not actually treating health.

I've been using Target Optical for several years and I could not be more pleased!! Staff, Dr.s, frame selection are great! Service is swift, too. Brought my husband there tonight for his first time. He is as happy as I am. This is now our only Optical store!

Everyone that works here is nice and helpful. The optometrist gave me contacts that made my vision worse. Go to America's best and save your money. I finally got health insurance for myself and it covers vision so I decided to not use America's best and I regret it. So far I have over paid for my vision to worsen. For my follow up appointment I had to wait for another patient to receive their exam before being seen. I had made my appointment in advance and even got here early. It's very frustrating having to wait half an hour past my appointment time. Please go anywhere else for vision care

Today I and my wife were for visit to Optic place . We were so impressed for all the services the personal provided for us . The manager Lea so kind and helpful, the doctor also , everyone working there welcome the customers! I appreciate for the best services they provide to us !

Everyone at this optical center was very courteous, friendly, and smiling they greeted me. The optical tech and the doctor knowledgeable, explained me well and provided great service. Dr Karem was awesome. Quality eye glasses frames that I could choose from.

Very fast, convenient, and friendly service. Darion was very nice. Prices were also very good. Highly recommend going to the store in Lombard.
