If I had the opportunity to five 0 stars I would have done that. Got my glasses in November '24. I felt that 1 temple was kind of movable compared the other one and went to the store. The store was closed besides it was during normal business hours. Went back there in december '24 with the same complaint and they told that there was nothing wrong with the temple and nothing was abnormal to them. Went back in January '25 with the same complaint and I was told that I have a 100 days guarantee and they can replace them if I just do not like them (which was untrue). Fast forward 1 year later exactly in January '26, the temple falls on its own while I was putting them. Went to the store and they literally kicked me out as they saw no problem with frames of 1 year old failing like that despite the problem that was evident since the beginning. They asked me to leave as I started asking questions. Apparently this place sells DEFECTIVE frames and they treat customers like TRASH. I have to say that my daughter's frames had the same problem twice aNd thank God it happened during the first month. Now they just lost 3 customers at once. I reached out to corporate via email about this customer service practice and the defective frames. Will be posting this review everywhere I can. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Hannah is always a great help! I was assisted this time by, I think her name was Stephanie and she was also awesome! The girls are always so polite and they really go above and beyond. The doctor, I don't catch his name was very helpful! Thank you for such a seamless experience :)

I needed to use up my VSP benefit for the year and my regular optometrist had no openings before the end of the year so I called VW and they got me and my daughter in. Making the appointment online was painless as was filling out the forms. They followed up with me to confirm and when I showed up early for my appointment they took us right away. The doctor was friendly and attentive and very detailed. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. This could not have gone any better.

I'd give this place a big fat zero if I could. The staff seems to have a major issue with families, and their customer service skills are virtually nonexist..I'm extremely disappointed with this place.If you're looking for a hassle-free eye exam experience, it's best to take your business elsewhere.

This is the 3rd time I have had issues here when having my eyeglasses adjusted. I explained to whoever the lady was at the front a few days ago that they were incredibly too tight and I kept getting migraines due to the arms digging into my mastoid bones and she happily loosened them up for me and I could still see out of them great as when I walked in, but unfortunately I had issues of them slipping down my nose all through my work shift the next day so I returned hoping she would be there and she wasn't. It was a lady that I had issues with 2 times before bc she doesn't have a clue of what she's doing and I only went back to that store bc I was told that she didn't work there anymore and bc I was desperate to have someone help me I had to let her adjust my glasses. Whatever she did while adjusting my frames she completely distorted my vision and then she just kept trying different things with her hands, no tools or heating them up to help the process and then she would give them back to me with her finger prints all over them asked if I could see and I explained that I couldn't tell bc her prints were all over my lenses so she cleaned them off and I tried and explained that I had distorted vision still and we went back and forth multiple times so then she went to check my pd and put red dots on my lenses and asked me to try again and now I explain it's even worse bc not only are there red dots on the lenses, but also her finger prints again and she told me there's no reason I shouldn't be able to see properly bc my pd was in the correct place and she again didn't do anything to the lenses. I tried explaining to her again that I could see walking in and was able to drive, but now she needed to fix them to where I could see properly again and she just told me she didn't know what to tell me bc she didn't do anything to change my lenses. After awhile she just walked away from me and I left so I called yesterday to speak to her manager and I was told they were calling me back in a few minutes and I never received a call. Very unprofessional and I'm extremely mad that she ruined my glasses and now I have no choice, but to where my old ones after spending like $300 on those bc she's telling me that she didn't do anything to them and won't take responsibility. I'm so disappointed in this location and if I were you I'd definitely find somewhere else especially if you need eyeglasses bc these ppl clearly don't care about you and just want your money. What they should do is give me a refund for messing up my glasses and not caring that I left their location not being able to see properly. Absolutely disgraceful!!!

Was not provided any guidance or service to select or try on lenses... they said we are supposed to try them on ourselves? We tried Lenscrafters and Pearl Vision first and had an excellent experience - they both took their time educating us and helping us select and try various frames. We discovered later that our insurance wasn't accepted by Lenscrafters. I would've gone back to Pearl but I was concerned about getting myself back over there and going through the time consuming process again so I just bought here to get this overdue task done. Such an odd business model to expect customers to find their own glasses lol

My service experience there was very good. I was seen promptly, the staff are all polite and helpful, and Dr. Yasin is very knowledgeable and made the appointment a fun experience. I wasn't pressured to buy frames afterwards. I'll definitely be going back. I recommend making an appointment instead of just walking in. It is in the mall so I'm sure I can get busy during peak hours

I came in for an appointment to see Unbreen Yasin, OD at Yorktown. I was new to putting contact lens and came in for an eye check up worrying that my lens was stuck. She was condescending from the start, not introducing herself, and unwilling to answer my questions despite having a scleratic injury. She told me "I cannot do an exam if you're talking". After, I asked her to explain the next steps to my mother who was on the line, and rudely said, " I cannot explain to her because you are 'above 18'". During this time she had no patients to see and was on her computer, couldn't even afford to speak for a minute. Nowadays physicians are more patient than a small optometrist. Its the apathy of people like Unbreen that ruins care. Would not recommend seeing her at all, go to Dr. Sanghvi.
