Stacey was absolutely amazing. Took such great care of me and genuinely seemed to care. Was a great help at picking out the frames that looked best on me. This is the best experience I have ever had in my life. I had never been to.Eye Mart Before. I have found my forever eyewear, Family.
The eye examination and Technician were also amazing. Seems like they have the best equipment available. I did not feel rushed, but taking care of thoroughly. Just a great set up overall five stars easily.

This is a good place for quick glasses, but we don't really care for the virtual exam. They are very friendly, but understaffed. I'm not sure if they overbooked the day we came, but we waited a half hour after our appointment to be seen. The glass frame selection for tweens/teens is terrible. We ended up getting a pair we didn't really care for and will have to go elsewhere for something a 13 year old likes.

State of the art facility with incredible customer service. I had the pleasure of having Kaylee Billups during my eye exam. She was incredible. So professional but still had a personality. She made my exam so enjoyable.
I didn't plan on getting my actual glasses from the store but after such a wonderful eye exam I decided to stay and look around. I ended up buying two pair of glasses. I'll now be bring my and my son here for glasses and exams.
