I was very impressed with my whole experience. Pretty much a 3 step process. Michelle took me in first. She did testing and was very efficient and polite Maddie was next and she made my visit and me more relaxed. She was excellent!!! Dr Jeffrey then came in. I call him by his first name because he made me feel very uncomfortable. He explained all my options to me thoroughly. He communicates everything. Then I went to a waiting room where I was instructed to wait for Shondra. Shondra explained all my insurance options and scheduled my next appointment. She is extremely efficient at what she does. The young lady at checkout (I can't remember her name) went above and beyond to print a copy of my records for me. Very sweet and helpful. The whole visit took about 2 hours which is what they had told me. I was hesitant at first and a little nervous but I felt very relaxed, safe and confident when I left.

Great experience. Easy check in on line. Big office with comfortable seating. Short wait time. My initial eye exam was done by a Wonderful woman named Natalie. So patient, and thoughtful about positioning my neck. Dr. Maher was professional, explained my condition and exactly what he could do to restore my eyesight. I feel Lucky to have such an Experienced doctor to perform my surgery. Also, I look at two things that give a strong 1st impression. The helpfulness and demeanor at the front desk. And the Cleanliness of the waiting room, restroom and disinfecting of equipment. The office in Maryville was spotless. A+

The tech tech that did all my tests was great. She was so nice she was thorough. She explained to me what she was going to do. She made it an enjoyable experience for me. Can't remember her name but it should be on record

It was a great experience. They made us feel very comfortable and made sure we knew exactly what needed to happen. My sister Cheryl Hardin is special needs and not once was she scared at any point in the exam.

The staff was very kind , considerate, and very knowledgeable with the jobs they performed. Wait time was minimal. Dr.Maher was very friendly , explained everything throughly and Shawna with scheduling was so nice , very down to earth made you feel very comfortable, explained things about the surgery as well . It's a great place , I highly recommend it to anyone that needs an eye dr .

Staff was incredible, friendl6, knowledgeable, explained procedures and were very friendly and professional. Dr. Maher must have been very busy because I literally saw him for a maximum of two minutes and he spoke two sentences. He was polite and courteous, I was just expecting a bit more dialogue but can understand they must've been busy, it happens. I will definitely go back and recommend them to my friends and acquaintances.

I sat there waiting to see the doctor for 1 hour and 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. Once I saw the doctor he was fine. But something does need to be done as far as scheduling and having patients sit there and wait for that length of time. There have been times when I've had two doctors appointments scheduled for the same day but far enough apart that there shouldn't be a problem but this was ridiculous and uncalled for to sit there that length of time. This is the second time this has happened the first visit did not go well second visit was fine this was the third time I've been there and I sure hope this doesn't continue.

Excellent doctor! I was very concerned about having my cataracts removed, and how I would see after that. I went to see Dr Maher, and he was excellent. I wanted to see without glasses so I asked about that and he suggested a lens that cost me money but it's the best investment that I've made ever in my life for myself! I see 20/20 sometimes even better and I don't need any glasses at all. It's wonderful; this is a new lease on life especially for someone over 70...that's when so many accidents happen because people can't see well. I love my new eyes, and after seeing a couple other doctors initially I wouldn't go to anyone else!
