Great customer service on the phone when I booked the appointment. Everyone was so friendly when I came for my first appointment! I could tell they all worked well together and displayed a great work culture saying positive things about one another. I really liked Dr. Bongard. She was reassuring, knowledgeable, and kind. Thanks to her, I found out about a new option to help with some discomfort with my eye. Highly recommend this office! I have a lot of anxiety about my eye appointments and have avoided going for years but I'm happy I went here and no longer feel anxious.

I was so terrified to have cataract surgery and almost canceled while I was in the waiting room. I am SO GLAD I stayed. Dr Edelstein, the nurses, and staff were all so amazing. They canceled my surgery because I took my medicine with a sip of sweet tea. I was told to take medicine in morning. No one mention that sip couldn't be sweet tea. Instructions say water,coffee and tea. No mention from them or paperwork it couldn't be sweet. 3 days of prep for nothing.

I have been a patient here for many years. In the past two years, the service I've received has really gone downhill. The staff I have encountered have not been helpful at all. I have not received any call back when calling the office asking for assistance. I was never told I would need to see two different doctors in order to have my contact prescription renewed, until I needed my contacts. Then the staff I spoke to acted as though I should have known this! They couldn't get an appointment with the other doctor for 2 months, so I went elsewhere. I am not impressed with the service I have received here.

I needed to be seen quickly for a problem with my eye & got an appt the same day. No long wait in the waiting room - took me back right at appt time. Dr Sobieralski diagnosed the problem immediately. He explain the problem and provided treatment for relief & healing. Dr Sobieralski & the entire staff were very pleasant and efficient.
