I had such a great experience with Trish. She helped me when I picked out my glasses and she was so patient as I contemplated which kind of lens would be best for me. I wasn't sure if I should get bifocals or progressive lenses and I had a lot of questions. Trish explained the pros and cons of each and the price difference so I could make an informed decision. I was so happy to see her when I came back to pick up my glasses up. She did the adjustments so the glasses wouldn't slide off my face and even adjusted my old pair. I didn't like the clear cases that came with my glasses so I started looking in store and online for some but Trish ended up finding two cases I loved!! My frames are oversized and I was concerned about the dimensions of some of the cases I saw online. I was concerned that I'd order a case that wouldn't work then I'd have to go through the hassle of repackaging and dropping them off somewhere to do a return. Long story short, I had a great experience at America's Best in Matteson. I recommend them to anyone. They have a great selection of glasses, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff and pleasant atmosphere.

Loni was wonderful. She helped me so much with selecting my glasses she was honest and wasn't just trying to get me to spend the highest just because. She was extremely professional and what won me was her honestly. Very polite and just genuine I really liked her and I made an appointment for my husband to only deal with her. She is a wonderful asset to the company... can't wait to get my glasses.. thank you Loni Kellzs..

I just had a beautiful experience coming here today for new eyeglasses prescription. Beginning with Valenca, to Dr. Van, and Loni. Loni took a lot of time helping me pick the right frames, and explaining clearly everything so I can understand exactly what I'm paying for. This may very well be the best experience I have ever had going to get new glasses. While customer services is declining in so many places, this particular place takes great pride in providing great customer service. Thank you and congratulations!

Dr Gil is amazing. She's very knowledgeable, addressed all my questions/concerns and gave me, my husband and our kids the best eye exams. We can tell she cares a lot about her patients, which is reflected in her work!

Lynnaia, I thanked you a ton at the store however I have to give this woman a public shoutout. She has the best customer service ever and I mean that. Her patience, determination and dedication to locate the glasses I came in for when the store didn't have it available, she called stores in state and out of state until someone said they had a pair. I love her, she is God sent!!! Great staff here overall too. Thank you so much.
