The front desk team was efficient with check-in and paperwork, and the assistants were attentive and helpful during the pre-exam process. The office itself was clean, organized, and well-run. You can truly tell that everyone there cares about their patients and works together as a team. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding customer service!

I had a wonderful visit with my eye doctor in Matteson IL. The customer service was truly outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, patient, and made sure I felt taken care of. My doctor was very Knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. They also had a great selection of designer glasses - lots of stylish options to choose from, and the staff was super helpful in finding the perfect pair for me. Highly recommend! I will definitely be back.

I had such a great experience at this office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The doctor was incredibly thorough during my exam and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered with patience and care. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and their eye health.

I sure hope that I'm spelling Anika's name correctly but she and Doctor Collett are absolutely the best they take have taken care of my family for nearly twenty years and have from the beginning treated as family, they are just great like that and each person is given the same care. Great service great care attention to detail and answers every question with accuracy and honesty. Good selection of glasses and the best care you will find.

Wonderful, very helpful, polite staff! And Dr. Collett is great as well. She listens to all your needs and concerns and answers any questions you may have! I have been with this group since I was younger and haven't had no issues or complaints. Will continue to be a patient as long as they are around! Keep up the amazing work!

I went here looking for a great deal on glasses due to other places wanting $800.00 dollars and not being honest with me. Other facilities were not applying my discount as it should have been applied. The front desk receptionists were all kind and genuinely nice, Debra T. and Natosha were both incredibly polite. I wasn't feeling my best and they were very patient with me and assisted me with all of my needs. Ms. Cindy put the icing on the cake. She applied my discount to everything and she was kind, funny, and professional at all times. I am grateful to this facility for the professional attributes they share with you as a customer. The staff are very knowledgeable and the customer service is top tier. The exam process and wait time was pretty fast compared to what I'm used to. I had a lot of help when picking out my glasses and had all of my questions answered. Highly recommended!!
