Had to be scheduled to pick up glasses only to receive them without a case, and being offered a case from a different company. Completely unacceptable for frames that were $200. I will never do business with them again!

I was very pleased. Walked in with my sister for her appointment & ended up with an appointment for myself. They where friendly & professional. I can pick up my glasses on January 1st. I'm so excited, I haven't had real glasses in a long time.

I recently visited Optica Eye Center and was extremely disappointed with our experience. The doctor made our appointment very uncomfortable, especially for my daughter. He questioned her about her glasses in a manner that felt accusatory and talked to her as though she were in trouble. His lack of patience and understanding with my child was disheartening. This is not the kind of environment I expect from a professional eye care center. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Order my daughters glasses here very affordable & they came in earlier then expected. The staff was very friendly. Dr Ramirez was able to get my daughter to wear her glasses giving her the correct prescription that is best to her comfort unlike the previous doctors we seen before .
