Pearle Vision

My family and I have been coming to Pearl vision for years already. We are very comfortable amd happy with the service every single time! I came for my regular eye exam and ordered new glasses. I was helped by Lori who was absolutely wonderful. She is very respectful, kind extremely knowledgeable! Lori took her time to explain things to me and I felt very comfortable with her. I reccomend Pearl Vision in Melrose park to anyone seeking proffecional and compassionate care.

I have always had a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE at this practice with Dr. Lang.. He is always very knowledgeable and welcoming to me & my family.. I also had a Wonderful experience during my recent visits with Grace, Lori & Esmeralda. They were so thorough and made sure they met all of our needs.

Sandy was really helpful and thorough. I had so many questions about my insurance usage and she gave me detailed explanation. Thankyouuuu!! The place is fancy and they have huge selection for fashionable frames. My doctor Diana Masolak was great too! She paid attention to details. She went above and beyond to answer my questions. Despite the wide range of products, I never felt lost or overwhelmed. Thanks to her, I found frames in the right size, and the entire process, from selection to picking up the finished glasses, went very smoothly. Dr. Lang is absolutely amazing--so kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. You can tell right away that patients truly matter here. This place is a total neighborhood gem! Grace's customer service is next-level. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, makes sure you get the perfect lenses, and helps you get the most out of your insurance without ever feeling rushed. Do NOT sleep on Pearle Vision--this location delivers outstanding care and service, and it's right in our neighborhood. Highly, highly recommend!

Dr. Lang is consistently exceptional--professional, thorough, and the sole reason I have returned year after year along with my family and have recommended several friends and family. Unfortunately, this visit was overshadowed by an extremely unprofessional experience with Lori that I cannot overlook. My daughter clearly stated she was looking for inexpensive frames. Rather than responding respectfully, Lori mocked her choice of words and then repeated and broadcasted her request to other staff members, using the term "cheapie" as if it were something offensive or laughable. This was inappropriate, unnecessary, and deeply unprofessional. A patient's financial preferences or limitations should never be ridiculed or shared with others, regardless of wording. Lori does not know my daughter's reasoning for needing inexpensive frames, nor should she have needed to. What made the situation worse is that my daughter was also told the office does carry affordable options--making the correction of her language feel condescending rather than helpful. This interaction was embarrassing and upsetting, particularly for a young patient, and reflects a lack of discretion and professionalism that I do not expect in a healthcare setting. While I have been a loyal customer and truly value Dr. Lang's care, this experience disturbed me enough that I will not be returning to this location. Respect for patients should be non-negotiable.

I am very happy with the service at Pearle Vision. They are friendly and fast. They have you in and out and everything is clean and organized. I was taken care of by Lori and she was so kind and friendly, had such a positive experience at this place. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I had an excellent experience at the Melrose Park Pearle Vision office from start to finish! The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, and I was checked in quickly with no long wait time. The doctor was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The office was clean, modern, and well organized, and even picking out my glasses was fun thanks to Sandy, who was extremely helpful! I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding eye care!
