I had been going to a local practice foe years but appointments were becoming hard to get. I took a chance on Pearle and was glad I did. I was able to get in very quickly. The staff were very helpful. Hector went above and beyond trying to make sure I was able to get the most value for my money. I appreciated how he went the extra mile. I will certainly be back and would recommend this location.

I had an excellent experience at Pearle Vision Center, and I can't say enough good things about their customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful.
A special thank-you to Hector, who went above and beyond to help me choose the right frames and the best type of glasses for my needs. He took the time to explain all my options clearly, made great recommendations, and found me the best possible solution at the best price. I never felt rushed or pressured -- just well taken care of.
The eye doctor and the entire office were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. This was by far one of the best experiences I've had at an eye care center. I highly recommend Pearle Vision to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding customer service.

Very disappointed. We paid a significant amount for our 12-year-old to start MiSight as part of myopia management. We were never clearly informed that follow-up monitoring would be limited to only one appointment per year.
The cost of MiSight is not just for contact lenses -- it should include optometrist monitoring of myopia progression, including regular prescription/vision checks and axial length monitoring (eye growth) when available. When I asked about follow-ups, I was told this is all they offer.
We will be finding a new provider that offers true myopia management with appropriate monitoring for children.

I got my RayBan Meta glasses back April, I also got the warranty on them. Just in case some happens to them. Last week my glasses stop pairing and functionality. I contacted Ray Ban first, they had me take pictures of my glasses and deny the warranty. I took them back to Hecter, he took care of me and honored my warranty. Within two days I got a new pair. Thanks again Hecter, I will definitely back. And refer anyone who needs pair of glasses.

Worst customer service experience in life... I had my appointment on Saturday late afternoon. Office manager Carlos is beyond combative after i informed that the charges on my receipt did not make sense to me. I wanted to make adjustment and informed me that he is unable to adjust. Refuse to void and refund me my money. Should have stayed with EyeMed!!! Did not give me a the dollar amount on each up charge and assumed that I would know because he was showing me a screen.

This is one of the worst places I have ever been to do my glasses!! After being given a prescription there was no PD to order my glasses online. I called and the person who answered the phone when asked about the PD laughed at me. Stating whoever I'm getting my glasses from should do my PD. This is crazy! Ur trying to force me to get glasses from you. Even Walmart provides PDs!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! When I asked to speak to the provider the man at the front desk stated he is the provider. Just unprofessional and unethical!!!!!!
