I really like coming here,LZ is probably one of the nicest guys and his customer service is fantastic. Give that man a raise because he deserves every penny.

Felt the doctor was okay, not bad. The staff completely uninformed, not educated and worse. If possible, I was never called and notified that my glasses were in; four days later when I drove quite a distance to go pick them up they were unscheduled closed because they pulled the people to go to another store or they closed on good friday with no notice.And when you call, there's no notification and the phone just hangs up. Returned the following Saturday to pick up my glasses and they just weren't open at all.; when I asked store staff as to why they weren't open as they're shown online and that note on the door states they should be open. I was told they pull employees go to other stores by reg mejier employe. When I finally arrived to pick up my glasses now, three weeks past the time I CALLED to see if they were ready for pickup, they dis not fit well; I was told she could try to adjust them "But there was nothing she could do." Literally, the worst experience.

After years of buying glasses at this location, never again. I can't believe how rude and dismissive your current sales clerk was last time I was in. I simply wanted to make an appt with the Optometrist to get a new script & new glasses and ended up walking out. Seriously. So rude.

It said online that they opened at 10, got there at 1030 and were not open. A sign said opens at 11. We came back at 1130 and were still closed!! The customer service desk said this happens alot. Do not recommend.

I was last there about 1 year ago and I will never go there again. I purchased my son's glasses during their yearly sale and they were very poor quality. I had to pay to get them repaired. The first time was under warranty and the second time, they weren't any longer. There was only 1 employee working at that location at the time. One! She had to answer phones and take care of customers. The wait time was ridiculous just to pick up glasses, or get them repaired, or ask a question if she was on the phone or helping another customer.

We LUV Elzie & Tasha they are BEYOND helpful! Only go here for the past few years. We luv how friendly and HELPFUL they both are the doctor is pretty great too lol ---FANTASTIC PLACE!

Management and staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was having some issues when I tried my new glasses on in store and they were able to fix it right away and make some at home suggestions to allow my eyes to adjust to the new frames. I highly recommend this location! Thank you!

Went in for the Kindergarten exam that was being advertised and it was awful. I felt bad for my child. He knows his letter and shapes but when asked, he got nervous. The doctor was getting frustrated, my child was frustrated. In the car on the way home, my child asked numerous times if he had done something wrong and kept apologizing. He shouldn't feel that way after any kind of doctor's visit. I was not impressed and actually irritated that they were not better with kids considering they were advertising Kindergarten exams.
