Great experience minus the one lady checking people in. She was rude! She seen me walking to the window I mean we made eye contact. She got up walked away I stood there for 5 plus minutes seen clipboards on the counter facing the waiting room assuming I'm to fill it out then she will check me in. I grabbed a clipboard and started filing it out only to have her return (after I was on the back page) and say very loudly ITS MY BIGGEST PETPEEVE WHEN THEY JUST GRAB A CLIP BOARD AND FILL IT OUT. Uh ok! She finally asked who I was. I told her my insurance only to have her rudely say WE DONT TAKE INSURANCE ITS $70.00! The rest of my visit went fantastic. The rest of the workers are kind and caring. I had to check out with the rude lady and she seemed annoyed with everything. She was told by another work to give me an itemized receipt for my insurance and she rolled her eyes. I full understand bad days but she was rude to the gentleman after me. She needs more training or something. She's got long grey hair sits closets to the hallway.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Kurtis did my eye exam and she was incredibly friendly and professionally. When it came time to pick out my glasses, I worked with Shawna and she was absolutely great! She helped me pick out the perfect frames for my face and I love them! I will definitely keep going to Vision4Less for my eye care needs.

I have been a customer for 15+ years. Dr. Woodham is so knowledgeable, patient and caring. He tries his absolute best to make sure I have the best possible vision I can have. The girls in the office are great!

I had a great time getting my glasses. The exam was actually kind of fun. Very thorough and professional. Everyone was friendly thoughtful and courteous. The glasses selection was great and had no problem with my selection. The price was great too. If you need an exam and glasses check them out. I'm sure you will be satisfied too.

Did a great job. Showed up for my appointment and no waiting. Also offered an advanced Dmac and Glaucoma tests. I took advantage of these as well. I have to take an eye test every two years, so good sight a necessity. Glad Family Eye Care offers these advanced tests. Great service and recommended.

As in the past friendly staff. Pleasant experience. Unfortunately they did not have a box of the contacts I needed. And they quit carrying all of their Harley frames. So I got the eye exam but didn't get any thing else. So now I have to drive a hour back to get the contacts. And hopefully find some Harley frames somewhere to take to get lenses made. But other than that pleasant experience as always.

We have been going to Vision for Less for at least 15 years. They are always kind, knowledgeable and have a great selection of frames. The eye doctors have always given the proper prescription and we have always loved our glasses. This time my husband went on Nov. 12, 2025 and it was very busy. They are understaffed at the present and it took a lot longer than usual. But still very efficient. Our total time, Including the exam was about an hour and 45 minutes. Thank you Vision for Less for years of great glasses!

Everyone was a pleasure to talk to. Very comfortable experience. Answered all my questions. Would recommend to my friends and family.
