Great experience at this location. The doctor was super kind and walked me through what he was doing which really helps if you get white coat anxiety. Piper helped me choose glasses while helping me understand what my insurance did and did not cover. My favorite part is because of the equipment used there , they did not need to dilated my eyes.

Dr Gregory New was excellent. He explained everything clearly and listened to my concerns. Amber did some of my tests and she and Edythe helped with getting my new glasses. They are great as well as the rest of the staff. Everyone is very friendly and they have a great selection of glasses to choose from.

I was in town for a work trip, and i lost one of my contacts the first night i was there. I called around to try and get a replacement and Amber 2 was the only person i spoke to from 4 different companies willing to help me. I could not be more grateful to her and Lenscrafters for helping me in this very difficult situation.
