Wonderful staff, I have been a patient for about 8 years and just love it there. I would highly recommend this office for the whole family, young and old. (Part Two of this review.) As always the staff at Provision was top notch. From the team up front, to the top notch technicians that do the much needed work behind the scenes, My family loves them all. I also had the pleasure of being a new patient of Dr. Jennifer Craig. My appointment was scheduled on her first day at her new office. She is a great Dr., very kind, as well as being a highly knowledgeable optician, she is very personable, professional and patient. If you are looking for a new Dr., Please don't hesitate to give the Team at Provision a call to see Dr. Jennifer Craig or Dr. Jennifer Bass. I have been going to Provision Eyecare every year for many many years & have always had a good experience. Dr. Bass is wonderful! Everyone is pleasant to be around & very friendly. I started seeing Dr. Bass September 2022 for my dry eyes. She prescribed a prescription eye drop to help with my dry eyes. This year my insurance deductible increased more than 3 times that it was in 2022. Dr.Bass and her staff gave me samples and found a different savings card to help me afford the drops that I needed. I highly recommend Provision for wonderful customer service and Dr. Bass is very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for all you have done for me!

I just love Dr. Bass! She is so kind and friendly and makes my eye appointment a pleasant experience. All of the office staff are extremely helpful and very prompt in ordering contacts, answering questions, or meeting any need that I have. Dr. Bass and all the staff at ProVision are always very professional, and especially this time, with the virus considerations, did everything to keep me and themselves safe.
