Dr. Skibo and staff were absolutely great to me. Dr. Skibo went above and beyond to see me immediately and follow up promptly when I had an eye emergency related to shingles. I'm thankful to be treated with respect and plan on that being my one and only eye care physician.

Awoke with foreign object in eye, pain became unbearable, I was referred to Dr Emily Skibo by Dr Terry Cook ( retd) , Patrica (receptionist) encouraged me to come immediately to be taken care of. Dr Emily waived going to lunch to treat my by removing object from eye, numbing the pain, applying cream in eye. The care, concern and service were exemplary!!!!! My family now has a good eye doctor, Thank you Skibo Family Eye Care

I just wish they could get my very complicated prescription right (I only changed eye docs because my insurance didn't cover my old doc. Thinking of just paying them out of pocket for eye exam and prescription at this point). Been trying to get this right since the first week in October. Thought we had it finally. Nope, I've got to tip my head back 20 to 30 degrees to read out of my bifocal (and what's worse is, I'm trying to work this out with a prescription sunglass because a freakish break on the prescription regular ones happened and they don't want to resend those out for correction until the prescription is rights ...so I'm trying to figure out what my glasses should be...Via sunglasses...super tough). I know I'm a difficult one to fit, but I'm getting double vision out of my old lenses so I need this sorted out...sooner rather than later. If they had extended hours, at least one day a week, this whole adjustment process would be easier. Don't get me wrong...Dr Skibo and the staff are super nice.....and very welcoming and seemingly knowledgeable. I think I maybe their perfect storm....but it's just crazy they can't sort this out.
