Couture Vision

The service here is AMAZING. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles and welcomed. Taking it a step further Saphire and the other lady (feel bad I forgot her name) were patient and kind. Not only were they explaining but they also made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I would definitely use their services. I was able to try on multiple frames and learned more about lenses too. If you want to go somewhere where you're not rushed or a fun environment for eyeglasses. It will be Couture Vision!

Dr. Adam Black and the staff at Couture Vision have been treating my family and I for years. Impeccable service, very friendly and personable and they have a wide selection of high-quality and fashionable glasses and eyewear to choose from. Dr. Black is always on the leading edge with new equipment to make sure he is providing the best exams and treatment he can for his patients. We've had nothing but great experiences with everyone at Couture Vision, and they have made us feel like part of their family. They truly care for their patients. I highly recommend them!

Excellent selection of frames for the conscious shopper interested in fighting against the Luxottica eyewear monopoly. Dr. Black and staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn't be happier.

Great experience at Couture Vision. The team was super friendly, made everything super easy, and helped me find the perfect glasses. The eye exam was quick, no stress, and Dr. Black explained everything in a way that actually made sense. Definitely coming back next time I need my eye exam. I highly recommend it.

I got my exam here about 5 months ago now, and I really liked the experience here. Dr. Black and his staff have an environment not like any other optical place I've been to. The staff are friendly, and to my surprise, willing to drop everything they were doing in order to help me pick out my glasses. The front desk people were hilarious, and helped me get out of my comfort zone in regards to trying out new frames that I thought were not good on me. They handed me brands that were from local companies from nearby states, will styles I've never seen before. I highly recommend giving this place a shot!

As someone who is always messing up their glass I always come to Couture Vision. Couture Vision in my opinion is a very skilled business they always have what I need and are able to answer all my questions if I have any. The staff is really nice and always make me feel welcomed when ever I go there. I would highly recommend this business to anyone if they need help with finding a prescription or getting their lenses changed etc.

My complaint is just that after spending $800 for an exam, frames, and a prescription. I don't feel like the glasses were correct for me, in fact a $30 pair off a display work much better. I assume I probably got the wrong prescription. I waited too long to go back because I live in another state most of the time. And all I wanted to do was ask the doctor what he recommends doing at this point. But after trying both calling and going in person, they told me there's no way to even ask the doctor a simple 1min question about what i should do now without making and paying for another exam appt. Which I would be willing to do if he tells me that's what makes sense to do now. But I'm just not sure. If I did that another exam and another prescription I guess I'd be about $1100-1200 into glasses to use on the computer only, and hoping next time they work as well or better than the $30 pair off a display. Super wasteful. And just really bad customer service.

Hello, I am a patient here at Couture Vision. I got my exam here in September of 2023. The staff was PHENOMENAL, the opticians did an amazing job (especially Carli and Lia, the other dude did alright). Dr. Black changed my LIFE, he gave me a prescription that worked perfectly. Their frame line up for eyeglasses is one of the best line ups I've even seen. Those Bevels are as if God himself came down from the heavens and crafted the frames with his own hands. I highly recommend this place. They don't even do the air puff test! 100/10
