The staff was very helpful on my visit today. The Dr was very informative in explaining to me about my vision test, and how much my prescription changed from last year. Afterwards they let me roam to shop the eyeglasses without rushing me. And when it came for measurements of my eyeglasses I wasn't pushed to purchase the expensive lenses, but said the less expensive ones were better for me!! Thank you very much to Filippa, Sarah, and Jenny.

Lack of communication with the team & poor organization! Really bad experience 3 weeks ago I took my daughter for a check up came out that she needed glasses! The individual that was helping us suggested to have her glasses mail to her college within two weeks therefore 3 weeks have pass by no call no msg from them! So I decided to follow up & ask for information on them, they said they had them that they weren't mail @ all, & that they didn't know why they didn't mail them!! so I inform them I will go Saturday to pick them up. As am their I ask the guy that was working for the glasses he started looking for them all over because he couldn't find them! He had to reach out to his team no one answer then he reach out to the manager ! Manager tells him they were mail, why would they mail her glasses after I told them I was going to pick them up! Why didn't they follow up after having the glasses for 3 weeks ! Why didn't they leave a courtesy message with the employee that was in duty that morning!!! I will not go bk with them
