I had a wonderful experience today with Dr. Shivani Patel and her team. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. Dr. Patel is extremely knowledgeable, very soft-spoken, and took her time to examine my eyes in detail, which I truly appreciated. She explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. The front desk staff was also very welcoming and helpful. Overall, an excellent experience--I would highly recommend Dr. Patel and her office!

I've been a loyal patient at this office for the past five years, and until recently, I had nothing but positive experiences. The front desk staff had always been friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with, which makes my most recent interaction all the more disappointing. On October 24, 2025, I called to place an order for contact lenses. My prescription was still valid and unexpired, yet the receptionist I spoke with was unhelpful, argumentative, and dismissive. Despite my explanation that I was simply requesting a reorder of a brand I had used before, she insisted I book an eye exam first, even though my prescription had not expired! When I asked if she could check with a doctor about approving the brand, she refused and continued to talk over me, making the entire conversation unnecessarily combative. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially after years of great service. Unfortunately, due to this unacceptable level of customer service, I will not be returning. It's disappointing to see a decline in professionalism from a place I once trusted.

I recently took my daughter to see Dr. Patel at this office, and I can't say enough good things about our experience. You can truly tell she cares deeply for her patients, which is something that's becoming rare in healthcare these days. She made my daughter feel completely comfortable, and she took the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully. The whole staff was great and helpful throughout the whole visit. Alondra was an amazing tech. I will definitely be transferring the rest of my family to this office.

Nikki, Alondra, and Anna were great as well -- thank you for taking the extra time to ensure I had everything I needed before leaving and spending extra time making the visit a quality experience!

This office is the best! EVERYONE is so friendly, nice, welcoming and helpful. I have not been happy with my previous eye doctor experiences but since switching to Dr. Shivani Patel, I have been so happy! She is so knowledgeable and so sweet.
