Best experience, ever! I'm so thankful I gave Naperville Eye Care a try. Not only was every interaction with the staff wonderful, but I was also pleasantly surprised to find that I no longer needed to get my eyes dilated to confirm eye health and rule out conditions like glaucoma and macular degeneration, as they have an incredible machine that can capture these images without needing dilation. In addition, Dr. Mulder exceeded all my expectations. My eyesight changed this past year significantly, and I was expecting to need to increase the strength of my Contact Lenses and Glasses, but instead, I was told I need a weaker prescription. Because it was such a drastic change, Dr. Mulder sent me home with a nice supply of sample contacts in my new script to ensure that I'd be comfortable with the new script prior to making any purchases. When the time came to finalize my script, the office emailed it to me, and I was able to purchase my contacts through 1-800-Contacts, as they were offering a 30% off deal for new customers. I highly recommend trying out Naperville Eye Care.

Dr. Mulder was friendly, patient and understanding of the issue I ran into at the other Naperville Costco location (ref my review on Tomisch Eye Care). He fixed the problem and so far the new glasses with the correct lenses are working great.

I broke my glasses while traveling and had to use a really old pair as a backup. My prescription was over a year old and expired, so I was in a rush to get a new pair. Luckily, the receptionist fit me in the same day for an appointment that had been cancelled, and I got to see Dr. Lindsaey. She was amazing--super nice and patient. Highly recommend this place inside Costco! Getting glasses was super easy. I just took my prescription and ordered at Costco, plus I got $50 off the second and third pairs. Couldn't have been any easier!

Dr. Amy Patel is the best. She is very kind and helped me in an emergency situation with my eye, which was very important. Also, Dr. Amy helps with my annual eye evaluation and makes sure my eye health is good. Thank you Dr Amy!

Dr. Andy Mulder, O. D. Has invested in a technologically advanced practice inside the North Naperville Costco location. Not only was it convenient and a well appointed space all of the technology appeared to me to be state of the art and his knowledge and expertise equally state of the art. I appreciated his efficiency and caring in terms of long-term health suggestions and I would feel comfortable recommending anyone to Naperville eyecare. Prices were outstanding and the outside or also knowledgeable and efficient in filling my prescription. To sum it up in six words: great service, great convenience, great price!

I went in for an eye exam a few weeks ago for glasses and contacts. I purchased a new pair of glasses. I informed Dr. Mulder I purchased my contacts through an online company. He tried to push some more expensive contacts on me and sent me home with a week's worth to try. He insured me that if they didn't work out I could go back to my online contacts. The contacts did not work with my eyes. I ordered online, the office approved my order and I received my contacts in the mail. Unfortunately I was sent the wrong strength. I corrected all that with the company. New verification needed from Dr. Mulder. This time around he denied the order. I contacted the office and spoke with the extremely rude receptionist. She insisted that they never approved my contacts the first time and they were not going to do it. She even spoke with Dr. Mulder and he said the same thing. She offered for me to come in for another eye exam at full price to find other contacts that they sell that could possibly work out better for me. Dr. Mulder and his office are money hungry, the receptionist is extremely rude and it was an all-around very stressful situation. I will not be going back here. I recommend the vision center at the other location on the 59.

I was having light sensitivity in my eyes, I thought I would stop by and see if the Eyecare Center could help me out with referring some lubricant eye drops. Stacey was very helpful and after talking for a short time, said i should see the eye doctor. They scheduled me that day for an appointment in the Naperville office, after 5 minutes in the office Dr Andrew M. put my mind at ease and told me it was nothing we could not treat. I have been following his advice and 1/2 day later, I feel fantastic. Stacey messaged me later in the afternoon to make sure I could fill my prescription and again the next day to see if I was feeling better. I was pleasantly surprised at the concern and care given by the Eyecare staff at the Naperville Costco location. I would highly recommend their services. I can't say enough about Stacey, how helpful and thoughtful she has been, a true Employee! Thank you Stacey for being a humanitarian, not just a corporate employee.

I highly recommend Dr. Mulder we had a very pleasant and professional experience visiting his office. He really takes the time for his patients and his enthusiasm for his profession really shines through when he explains your vision results with you. Because of his style I would also recommend him highly for parents needing an eyedoctor for their children.
