The Eye World

I recently moved and was looking for a new eye doctor -- stumbled upon all the great reviews for Dr. Sirohi and decided to give The Eye World in Naperville a try. So glad I did! The staff was super welcoming -- I was greeted right away and seen right on time for my appointment. Dr. Sirohi was so friendly and took the time to explain everything about my eye/contact exam. May helped me pick out frames, took her time getting estimates, and made the whole process so easy. Highly recommend Dr. Sirohi and the team at The Eye World!

The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. They offer a great selection of eyeglasses and accept insurance. They are one of the only places that offer Tomato glasses. Ashley is the best. She's so smart and always follows up timely. Love this store!

I have been going to Eye World and Dr Sirohi for many years now and every time it's a great experience! She is fantastic as well as her team! I used to go to the "big box" eye places (never again) and was so fortunate to have found her! I love the personalized attention and even if 2 years go by since my last exam she ALWAYS remembers me. Trustworthy, very knowledgeable and super sweet! Highly recommend!

Our entire family has seen Dr. Sirohi and we couldn't be happier. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about her patients' eye health. Every visit is thorough and never rushed. She also offers a fantastic selection of frames, making it easy to find something for everyone. Highly recommend!

Dr. Sirohi is amazing! My appointment was quick and thorough and Dr. Sirohi is so kind. I had been struggling with my previous eye doctor and a prescription that was wrong before coming to The Eye World. Dr. Sirohi listened to my concerns, did her exam, and made some adjustments to my prescription and I can finally see so much better! Thank you, thank you Dr. Sirohi!

This was my first visit to Dr. Sirohi / The Eye World and it will not be my last. I am new to my area and read very favorable reviews about this facility while searching for an eye doctor. My experience was extremely enjoyable from the moment my wife and I walked in the door. The friendly staff greeted and welcomed us immediately, and the service and attention we received throughout our entire experience most certainly exceeded our expectations. Dr. Sirohi and her staff were very thorough in their examinations, made me feel extremely comfortable, and explained the results with a high degree of patience - making sure I completely understood their findings and that all of my questions were answered. Additionally, based on my needs, the staff offered their own professional opinions on which options to consider as we were selecting lenses and frames - guiding us on fit and functionality while keeping price point in mind. Overall, my experience at The Eye World was absolutely wonderful and I will recommend them every chance I get.

I've been going here for many years and have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Sirohi and her staff. Dr. Sirohi seems very passionate about her clients' eye health and knowledgeable in her field! When I went today, I got a comprehensive eye exam and a prescription. I never felt pressured into paying for anything I didn't want; the sales reps were not pushy. In my opinion the lenses and frames are very pricey here, but again, I did not feel pressured to buy my glasses from them.

Dr.Pranali Sirohi and her staff is world class! I found them while looking for a safe Optometry office where the doctor and crew were vaccinated. They were able to fit me in the same day! When I arrived I saw that they cleaned the glasses that were handled by patients while placing them in a separate bin. My exams was quick and painless. They were sure to offer me all services my insurance covered and allowed me to make my choices for supplemental services. Dr Sirohi has is as nice and helpful as they come. The exam was very thorough and listened to all of my concerns without rushing and made sure I was taken care of. I have already recommend her to all of my family and friends. Also, I got a great deal on my glasses. I came in on a Thursday and my glasses were ready in by Tuesday! I have never received such quick and personalized care at one of the chain brands. Do yourself a favor and check them out!
