Chose this location because the reviews were good, and if I'm going to trust someone with my child's eyes I'm not going to go somewhere 3star or lower. Also chose this location because their site was clear and easy to maneuver. Overall, we had a great experience here, loved the young lady who did the initial first eye test, she was super great with my son and was genuinely nice you could tell. I also appreciated that even though my sons eyesight isn't perfect, she did not rush to put my son in glasses, thank you! We look forward to coming back and rechecking his eyes, thank you!

I highly recommend Dr. Paula Mitchell as an exceptional ophthalmologist. My son and I had a fantastic experience during our visit. Dr. Mitchell is highly professional, kind, and attentive. She took the time to thoroughly examine our eyes and explain everything in detail. She was especially patient and gentle with my child, making him feel completely at ease. The clinic is well-equipped, the staff is welcoming, and the quality of the glasses we received is outstanding. We are extremely satisfied with the care and service provided and will definitely return for future check-ups. Thank you, Dr. Mitchell, for your excellent work!

First, Dr. Mintchell is great, loved her as a Dr. for myself and children. However, after a second large fail with her office staff, time to move on. Waited one month for my contact order with ZERO communication and the staff not returning MULTIPLE voicemails and text messages left. When I finally got a hold of someone I was told they were having an issue with my insurance, which has never happened in all the years I have been there, nor has been an issue for my 3 other family members they saw. Of course my insurance denies this (I already knew it was an excuse) and IF this was the case how in 4 weeks do you NOT reach out to a patient to tell them there is a problem? As a long time patient I was more than miffed at this deplorable customer service.

First visit here due to change in eye insurance. Got my annual eye exam done. Staff was quite friendly and professional. And Dr. Paula was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. Got new frames and lenses and also went back for pupil dilation. Very happy overall and love my new eyewear. Highly recommend Dr Paula.

Dr. Mintchell is the best eye doctor I've been to. She is very respectful, patient, and polite. She is professional yet easy to understand. Her staff is also very polite and helpful. Dr. Mintchell is the BEST eye doctor around! We only have one set of eyes and I trust her with my eyes. When you sit in her chair you will know she is about eye health care. Dr. Mitchell and her staff are professional, friendly and helpful, you are never rushed with your exam or to choose your eye frames. During my eye exam Dr. Mintchell recommended a new contact brand for me to try. Before I ordered any she gave me a complimentary set to wear for 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks she saw me again, no charge, to make sure I didn't have any issues. Her receptionist then helped me figure out what supply (6 month or 1 year) would work out best with my budget and my insurance. I ended up getting 6 months of contacts for $3!!! I can't say enough good things about this office! They are really good people who deserve your business.

Easy to schedule appointments, incredibly knowledgeable and caring doctor, best customer service, great at helping you maximize your insurance benefits as well. Excellent selection of glasses.
