The gal that did our eye exams was super kind. We didn't like their frames so we ordered from our usual website. Unfortunately my prescription is off. I'm getting headaches and have scheduled an eye exam else where. I called and asked and they told me it all matched up...both of my axis numbers changed by over 100. They keep emailing me that they auto set up appointments for next year. I have emailed back four times and they still won't cancel the appointments. I don't have a work schedule that allows for that type of scheduling hence why I declined in store. This has been a giant waste of time and money from the beginning. Enjoy the no show appts bc it did the same for my husband. I'm not wasting more time dealing with this company. Save your money, I'll be heading back to Costco and reorder on Zenni.
Kieran went above and beyond when I came in regarding a complex exchange situation. With complexities involving an insurance claim made the year prior, a changing prescription to include new prism lenses, and the desire to no longer include the blue light tint and to switch the frames to ones that suited me better, she expertly navigated every one of these details. Then, when it came time to pick out the new lenses, she offered clear guidance on which lenses best fit my face shape and the overall "vibe" I was after. Overall, the visit exceeded my expectations due to Kieran's meticulous attention to detail paired with her laid back and friendly demeanor. Kelly, the manager, was also very helpful and friendly. I look forward to filling my next prescription at the Warby Parker in downtown Naperville!
This place is incredible. From the moment I walk in to the moment I leave the amount of customer service I receive is unmatched. They always have my information. They seem to know what I need before I know what I need. Each tech is so courteous and knowledgeable. If I ever have issues they fix them with no questions asked. The optometrists are so helpful listening to my issues and giving me options on what should work. Never have issues with insurance either.
We've ordered prescription glasses for my sister from here twice, although the second one was delayed a week in shipping. I decided to also try them out for my new prescription glasses. I placed an order at the store and was told it would be shipped within 2 weeks. I waited over 2 weeks, no email, no updates, no tracking. I emailed them, no answer, then I called, and glad I did. Im told there is a mismatch in prescription and the glasses, which I have no idea how that would happen, as the associate took a picture of my prescription when placing the order. So this put the order on hold, and I was not contacted to get this confirmed and processed for some reason. This is terrible customer service, and these glasses are not cheap. Now i won't have the glasses in time for my trip, and i'll have to use contacts. I wouldn't order from Warby Parker again.
Highly recommended. First of all, the value of the glasses with lenses along with the service and help you get, can't be beat in my opinion. The optometrist was great, made the exam quick and easy and informed me of any eye concerns she found. The look and feel of the store is also very chill, and the styles they have are just as good if not better than the overpriced name brand frames found at other retailers. The other honorable mention is the app, super slick, everything that was done in the store automatically synced with my app, so I got my order info and prescription right in the app after my appointment, that's pretty cool. Glad I gave Warby Parker a try and plan on sticking with them.
It had been a long time since I had an eye exam and at my age I felt it was time. I was pleased with the exam and finding out I had almost perfect vision. Also learned I was stressing my eyes using stronger reading glasses than I needed. I did buy readers and sunglasses and was treated with care. Everyone was very friendly. So happy I chose them.
The associate that helped me was extremely helpful and so nice. It was effortless to find my pair of glasses, and very cost-effective. Highly recommend!!!
The tech helping me was kind, patient, friendly, and quick. I was greeted immediately upon walking through the door. I love this location. Each time it's someone new and each time everyone is so polite and helpful. Keep it up Warby Parker! I wish all companies had this quality of customer service.
